I personaly don't think it would be an issue to make srambled cheese eggs on this griddle. You might have to do more cleaning depending on how much cheese you use. Thanks for watching🙂

looks good but they did not show how to clean it nor if the tray opens or how to open the tray, I bought mine from Walmart and had to return it I tried many time to open the tray I did not want to break it , I guess since it was new, mine did not open, so I exchange it.

😔 So sorry to hear. The draw is a bit tricky to open,It has to be at a certain angle to open it. I thought the same that I was going to break it when I first got mine😂
