Too much butter on the grill, too much cheese, using a metal spatula vs. a plastic spatula is best, eggs do not stick to metal spatula, if so, spray some cooking spray to avoid sticking. Best temp is bet. 350-375 for eggs. BTW.....I have a Bella 20 inch electric griddle, love it!

Your gonna scratch up the griddle if you use a metal spatula aren’t you
