Pretty sure all Piaggios are a rarity in the US lmao I used to own a Zip, currently own a TPH here in Germany. The EU market and US market is super different

@ayeghosty2233A Tph is a nice scooter but the front end is very heavy and they dont make as much power stock as the Zips in my experience. If you get a Tph, make sure you get a 70 kit.

I built a bw’s from the ground up! I love it and will always be one of my best.. but they are a little small and I don’t ride it that much

Been on a deep BWS dive as I’m about to buy my first one. 98 BWS/R! It’s all stock and well kept.. might leave it as is or add a pipe.

I can agree, the prebugs are a special scoot. I have one that I built up pretty decent and am trying to get another one soon for a different style build. Everytime I go out to ride people always come up to me and ask me what it is. I always have to explain that it is a 34 year old scooter and you cant buy them new 😅

Ah the memories ! ive had 3 Zumas when i was in my teens , so much fun ! modded one , but waaaaay back then it wasnt cheap to buy performance parts or even get a hold of them in Australia at the time. Following your channel fondly

I see Zumas for sale all the time, but most of them are Bugeyes, only occasionally do prebugs pop up in my area. But the Zuma was a popular bike and there are a lot of them out there. Problem is many owners love the prebug and just sit on them. I see AF16 Elites go up for sale way more often. I may end up getting a prebug if I get the opportunity and the price is right. I've seen a couple on marketplace in my area lately within an hour or two's drive from me. There are a few locals that have them too, but they'd never sell 'em.

My dad gave me his zuma he got brand new in 2000 and when he gave it to me it only had 440 original miles and it’s clean as hell
You should get some vinly wrap for the rims it makes it look so much better and it'd easy to do

In europe, the equivalent to the prebug is a piaggio zip, because there are so any modifications you can do to that bike. You can put a 180cc 2 stroke engine on it, build it with 94cc, shit even disc rear end if you wanted to. My profile picture is of my old Piaggio New zip as its called here. Built with athena crank, stage6 racing mk2, C16, 28mm carb and so on. I got it to 100 kmh with my girlfriend on it and with a dead ignition

You should really try getting a piaggio zip 2000 SP over there a good 70cc stage6 mk2 is fr awesome and you cant keep the front wheel on the ground. Also a piaggio SKR 125 is awesome aswell. They even sell malossi 172 cilinders for those.

Fixing up a BWS NG as the BWS and BWS NGs were the scooters to get back in the day. Bought as a non-runner and got it running with minimal effort. Going through the rest of the stuff right now though.. the brake fluid dried up and blocked everything up *Cries*

Yo i dont know if you read comments but i would recommend you a Piaggio Zip 2 stroke over here in the netherlands they are very popular and we alwayse like to put a 180cc enige beneath it instead of the 50cc

@MOPBOYS dude, what 125-250CC motorcycle would you recommend? I inherited a 70CC Corsa European spec Zuma. It's a BWS with American spec lights on it. It's kinda weird. It is gonna be bad ass. I just ordered some LED lights and stuff. I'm very excited for this build. I have a 78 PUCH MAXI. I have a very love hate relationship with that bike. It's fine it's great but the engine always breaks. All the parts for the PUCH's these days are junk. So yeah, I think I have a hell of a bike now. My end goal is to buy a non running motorcycle that's completely assembled and get it running. Little 125's look hella fun. They sound good and a TWIN may be too big for me. I am 5'2" tall and have a bad heart. I was born with TOF and need heart surgery every 5-10 years so I have limits. So any advice would be great. I am trying to live my dreams now vs when I am fucking fourty. Don't know how much longer I have left to live yet. You can swap an engine in a vehicle pretty quick but it's hard to get a new heart that's decent or not disease infested. Just my take YOLO! Have a good day- WS

for us eurpians eqivelent of bws is piaggio zip you can do anything whit that bike swap 180 engines 94 kits and the scotter is just made for whellies

@MOPBOYZ I've got the same exact set up as your f12, just on a different scoot. I was wondering what the actual jet sizes your used on your 24mm s6 carb. I was told to block off the power jet, 120main, and 36 pilot. I'm just trying to be in a safe range.

I have aprilia amico 50 1992 - minarelli vertical - what you can say to add more power without spending crazy money ? . this bike has new 17,5mm dellorto carb i dont want to change it. what crankshaft and cylinder and exhaust i should buy ?

How do I get that fast acceleration
making sure your carb tuned properly and a strong clutch grab. lighter rollers are usually going to help with the initial take off, but too light is going to ruin your top end speed

@@aws423 Bogging? like stuttering? that would probably be your carb, main jet too big. you can try to adjust the air screw so it gets more air and see what that does
