Invest in a rotary cutter, a quilt ruler, and a self healing mat. Cuttting your fabric will be easier and more accurate. It amazes me how accurate you are with an old school ruler! Beautiful restoration !

My first thought was "what a gorgeous patina! Fix the locking mechanism, varnish it and call it a day!" But the end result was totally amazing! You got one more like and a new subscriber. Looking forward to more transformations from you!
