I'm hoping for the Lexus LFA honestly. We need a return of the best exhaust note in the history of GT (and cars)

@@yeezyszn7208 Actually, no. It's one of the most bespoke cars they made, intended as a halo car. Uniquely tuned from suspension to transmission, and the Yamaha bespoke exhaust. Even the interior had unique features not present in any of their cars at the time. If you see reused design elements in other Lexus models, it's only because they borrowed them FROM the LFA.

They *seriously* need to reintroduce Australian cars for GT7, especially with classic muscle cars which were included in Australia, such as the Holden Commodore, the Ford Falcon and the Chrysler Valiant Charger. There's US muscle cars, but Australian muscle cars deserve the love too.
I just commented this too before seeing your post. I totally agree the Viper Le Mans version is such a iconic car they’d be sill to not have it in the game or at least have it so we can add wings and bumpers and such to make it a replica at least!
The 370Z is actually returning. In one of the GT7 screenshots, you see the Licence missions. On the right of the AE86, you can see a glimpse of the 370Z.

Honda NSX-R LM Prototype Race Car (My favorite car in GT, probably unlikely)
Nike One 2022
(Fits with the year, but remember Nike was a part of the VGT list in GT6)
Honda NSX GT500 '00
(The Supra and the Skyline are already in GT7, so this one has to be in there, preferably in the Castrol or 2001 Loctite Livery)
We're a year close to the Nike One 2022 so hopefully Nike can deliver that promise and re-introduce it for GT7 with its fully-detailed interior and exterior, and under Gr. X with all over VGTs too. Bad time for Nike to back out and not re-include it for GT7.
I was going to comment on the NSX-R LM Prototype Race Car, i think it was an awesome road car, and its description said about how his interior had wooden details and such, but sadly, due to it being a standard car, we never managed to see it in-game

It would make perfect sense for them to bring back the Nike One 2022, since GT7 releases in 2022! Bringing it back in full premium glory would be a great homage to GT4.

Did you noticed bro in the first Trailer 1 year ago you could actually see the Daytons Speedway the Oval 👊🏽 It was when they showed the American race series when you could see Trial Montain , Willow Springs etc go back to the Trailer if you haven’t noticed it it’s in the bottom right corner when they showed the tracks 👊🏽 And since Daytona is coming back we will 90% likely be getting back NASCAR cars and also the Inner Circuit of course 👊🏽

Since the Mercedes CLK GT-R is returning as a premium, I am surprised that you do not have the BMW Mclaren F1 GT-R "Fina" on that list of predictions. (Although, it would be a Mclaren car instead of being in a BMW dealership.)

LS1 - LS3 Holden SS Commodore in Sedan & Ute /Wagon Versions.
Even some old classic Commodores like the VL Turbo & VN Group A.

I’d like to see all of these cars to and the Toyota Altezza and Chaser again. Those cars have consistently made a presence in the GT series, well the Altezza more so than the Chaser.

I am pretty sure Chris Forsberg's 370z Formula Drift car was scanned for GT sport and was supposed to be released a while ago but it never came.
Some years ago (GT4 I think) there was the Holden Commodore, the Holden Monaro (2006), the FPV F6 Typhoon and the Ford Falcon road car. With Bathurst being a part of the game, these would be great Aussie muscle to bring back! I was expecting them to stay in the game when Bathurst was announced for GT5...
Yep, I remember that Yellow Holden Monaro well, It was one of my top 5 in GT game, since I owned an actual LS1 Holden Commodore for the last 18 years. I'm quiet biased 😆

I'm 51 and have been playing since 1997, the first GT. It was my uncle who introduced me to it. He still plays and is 78...
I am also a Holden fan but I remember taking the Typhoon around Tsukuba and the Ford FPV race car around the old Seattle circuit.
It would've been great if they kept the Aussie muscle for the online play so us Aussies could show off our Aussieness!
Even though all Australian car manufacturers were owned by American companies, our cars were OUR cars! I have never really been a fan of American cars until the new C8 Corvette came out.

I think the same, a person is never too old to enjoy their interests or pleasures. I'm 43... & I reakon I will still be playing GT series & Other titles when I'm alot older.
I even built my own Sim Cockpit based around Next Level Racing wheel/pedal stand.. i built a custom frame & seat support, complete with a used Audi A3 fully adjustable leather seat (picked a complete set of Audi leather seats for $100) (Non electric but fully adjustable - mechanical) & custom handbrake setup wired into Logitech GT29 steering Wheel for Dirt Rally etc.
I hope all the build up to GT7 game is going to live up to the earlier GT games & more. I'm super happy that Logitech G29 Wheel & pedals are compatible with the PS5 🎉🍾👌
I'm thinking at this point just getting it on PS4 & waiting a year or 2 untill PS5 gets alot cheaper or a 2nd version may be made. Similar to what they did with the PS4 with the Pro & Slim versions.

I do see the C6 corvettes coming back, but I would personally love the C6.R to come in as well

I think they’ll probably bring back the modern Dodge Challenger in some form. It was always surprising to me that they included the Charger Hellcat in GT Sport, but not the Challenger Hellcat. I’ve always felt like Polyphony has paid slightly too little attention to American muscle, so seeing a few more options would be a personal wish of mine.
I hope lotus returns, the elise '96 RM was my favourite car in gt5.
If lotus would return i want to have lotus omega and esprit v8
I would love to see a bmw e36 m3 or the return of seat with cupra as a brand having a hot hatchback as a newer Ibiza fr (compared to gt6 Ibiza) and a more powerfull leon with all wheel drive
E36, E34, E39, E60, E28 and E24 should return and yeah seat's as well and maybe even skoda because GT lacks on v.a.g cars a bit

Ahh the Vertigo, how did I forget that? The XR8 would be cool, but I would prefer a Holden, though any V8 Supercar is better than none.
You might think that for me the car I most want to return would be the LFA. However I would love to see a modern generation game have a Mazda furai.

Of course one of the rivals could be the CLK Race Car or the Opel Vectra! (which surprises me why Opel/Vauxhall isn't widely featured in racing games in general) there are some icons that would be cool to have like the Manta or the speedster.
Hopefully they feature some surprises to unlock, perhaps a Lamborghini R8?

I like the 2nd gen CTS-v but for me it has to be the sedan or the wagon for me

I dont know how gt sport didnt have any 2000s American cars its either a new one or a very old one and no LFA its a good game but it doesnt have a good car list comparing to forza motorsport

No racing game will ever compare to Forza series car lists. Turn10 are based in the states so they have access to lots of rare and popular cars. And they also have a lot of money.

I just hope they return with the Ruf cars. The licensed Porsche are great but Ruf are different enough to have space to both brands.

Unrelated to this returning list. One car i would love to see be added in either GT7 or a forza motorsport is the mercedes CLR(yes one of the famous cars that flipped during the 24h of le mans). I really want to see how a tripple A racing game would make its performance be like without the car flipping ofc.
I’d LOVE to have a IROC Camero or C4,5, or 6 Corvette! Man the C4 grand sport in GT2 at Laguna Seca was my favorite combo EVER!

Game that offers the cars and the pleasure of "driving" them on not only race tracks. Especially the sports and performance category are my favorite . With the Mercedes Amg Black series Aston Martin and the Audi's. I really would like to see Them in Gt7.

One car I really miss is the secret giant killer that was the Shelby Series One. I don't think it will come back but it be great addition, for me at least, if it did.

For the Diablo GT2 I can see them making the base Diablo that we saw in the trailer customizable in the GT Auto shop to make the GT2 Diablo but you never know.

I wanna see exclusive cars return from gt1 & 2 such as the viper gts 96 and viper RT/10 91, vector m12, Suzuki escudo (gt4), 2003 viper (gt4), Nissan motul pitwork 2004, Nissan skyline r33 lm ‘95, ventauri sports car in gt2, camaro 30th anniversary 97’ and Jaguar xj220 92’. My wish list for newcomers are the Chrysler me four-twelve 4-12, Cadillac cien (gt4), spyker c8, ssc ultimate aero, Diablo sv 98, Ferrari testarossa, Jaguar XK 1996-2014, corvette 97’, Mercedes clk gtr roadster, lotus evora, lotus carlton, Chevy bel air, chevy corvair, ssc tuatara, koenigsigg Agera S, koenigsigg ccx and Bugatti Eb110 just to name a few.

The rocket was Always a fun car… fast af in gt6 as well when u fully upgraded.
I would also love to see the superbird return and maybe even a superbird with the famous petty livery.

And don’t forget other cars like the Aston Martin V12 vantage 10, the Chevy nova, the Mercedes 190 E 2.5 16 Evolution II, the BMW M coupe, the Plymouth barracuda, the 1970 Dodge Charger, the Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R, the 2013 Ford Mustang boss and the Shelby GT500 and Most race cars from the PS2 games to the PS3 should return. As excited as you are and of course the whole fan crowd :-) The cars I would like to see in the game are all icons and I missed them for quite a while now:
1. Lister Storm (Road Version would be so great!)
2. De Tomaso Pantera (love this car so much)
3. Opel/Vauxhall Calibra TC (as an opponent to the Alfa TC, another high rpm car in this class would be exciting)
4. Ford Capri (for Europe this was a great car, especially in GB - perhaps a high tuned Racing Version of it)
5. Autobianchi A112 Abarth (good opponent in the small car area)

What I want in terms of returning cars is a shit-load of street-known everyday cars featuted in GT2/GT4, as well as kei-cars. Don't rly care for supercars in GT series, they're not exciting at all, NFS already bored the living crap out of me with these cars. One supercar that I'd like to see is Maserati MC12. For some reason It's not a common view in games (at least the ones I play, only remember it from The Crew 2). PS also - more estate/wagon/kombi chasis PLZ.
Yeah, I don’t really care for the supercars/hypercars too much either. I’m more of a fan of touring cars and lower level road cars. Kei cars are pretty awesome, though not really competitive outside of the Sunday Cup.

We need Opel/Vauxhall back in gt7 for example the astra from gt4 but they should also add the shittier opels/Vauxhalls like the corsa or the tigra.would be a good addition to the game.

One to add in the future. No idea why they won’t put it back in since gt2 .. the 94/5 C4 ZR-1. That car holds world endurance records today doing 175.5 mph avg for 24 hours. Beat up the Supra turbo, 300zx tt, 3000gt vr-4 , rx7 snd exotics like the 911 turbo, testarossa d Diablo (except top speed here). Unless GM is still forcing them not to include the ZR-1 .. after all it was a Lotus product and GM powertrain hated that they lost on the project. The only DOHC V8 in a vette !!
We need much, much more American Muscle cars. Use the '69 instead of the '70 model for the Charger. Seeing a '70 Dodge Demon 340 would be great, as well as bringing back the 'Cuda. Their factory drag cars like the A-990 and '68 Super Stocks would be great, as well as some newer, historic stuff like the '93 Cobra R, the '95 Cobra R, the 1996 Cobra, the '03-'04 Terminator Cobras and Mach 1s and not just Shelbys. Do some more of the oddball Shelby stuff like the Omni GLH. And we should see the iconic Crown Victoria in there, in either police or civilian livery, or the '03-'04 Mercury Marauder.

I’m hoping to get the promised 70s era maverick car. I own and built a 70 and hot rodded it with a built 302 and open headers. Even a stock 302 back then with a simple 4 barrel would kill a lot of big blocks. Very light weight and great looking body. I have wide Mickey Thompsons on it with cragars. Looks and runs amazing.

For anybody that Hasn’t noticed it yet in the first GT7 Trailer 1 year ago when they showed the American races in the menu with all the tracks you could actually see the Daytona Speedway On the bottom right which will probably also mean that the Inner Circuit will also make a return and maybe since Daytona is in the game we will also gonna see NASCAR Cars again who knows would be sick but Daytona is 100% in the game again maybe 24h of Daytona in the Endurance race Category this time 👊🏽
