Belonged to a PVP group in a game where we hunted griefters and trolls. We kept a 15 year old kid around purely for trash talk.
He would sit out the match and just follow the enemy around (and report their position to us) while just laying on the trash talk so deep he often got the worse trolls to rage quit just to shut him up.
It was literally his super power.
Do not underestimate the power snarky teenagers.

The World's Strongest are 400-500 Elo higher OTB, and that is another entire journey. For me chess is an investment in humility, good exercise for the brain though. Nb4+ is definitely the win. After Nb4+, Ka1 is kinda forced, isn't it? If Kb2, then Qa2+, Kc1, Nd3+, QxN, BxQ and gg. But even if Ka1, you have Nc2+, if Kb1 at this point, you have Qa3 and white's Queen is sealed off. NxR, Nd4+, now Ka1 is really forced, and then Nb3+, which is a fork, seals the deal for black.

Interesting game. It seems that at 3:51 the move Nc6 is quite strong.
In the opening, 4.Nc3 is probably not the most challenging way for White to play. After 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.Nc3 e6 5.g4 Bg6 6.Nge2 c5 7.h4, it seems that the most common response at the 2700+ level is 7...h5, which apparently sacrifices the h-pawn in order to attack White's pawn center. A really nice example is Evgeny Bareev's win with Black over Alexander Grischuk at Wijk aan Zee in 2003.

P.S. Looking at the analysis again: isn't Kb2 a mistake, since it invites Qa3+? What happens after Kb1? The black queen is still en prise on a4 so Qa3 is probably the move, threatening the same sequence with Nd4+ and Nxb3+ mate. But White has an extra tempo now, so would Bg2 save the game? The point is that any discovered checks will be met by Bxe4. I have a feeling the analysis at the end could be expanded, it's pretty complex!

There is a fine line between banter and bullying, but banter is good-natured, and both players do it reciprocally with grins on their faces. The mood is joyful, the atmosphere light.
The bully makes it personal, and his shots are meant to wound.
But with the bully, you can always know one thing: He is afraid. And the louder, the meaner, the more venomous he becomes, the more he is trembling in his heart.

I don't understand why's everyone whining, and upset with one of them (either him, or her..).
Yes, he went too far in his words in the first minute of the video. She seemed upset in the second minute of the video, and let him know. He realized he went too far, and immediately stopped talking like that, even offered her a small compliment later in 2:20. Sure, perhaps an apology would have been best, but come on, it's a kid - I am sure all of you at some point in the past also didn't know when to apologize, or simply didn't, and tried to 'make up' for the mistake somehow without apologizing, just like he did. Also, it is true, despite his change, she stayed upset, making indirect comments on him, about him showing his ego, or how people would be rooting for her, but it is also easy to understand her position, from what I saw, perhaps she lost many times to him (he said 5-0), and she was just frustrated, and the trigger was when he went too far. Wouldn't you also be frustrated after trying hard in a game, but victory always eluding you? Why can't people be a little understanding on both of them and be nice in the comments? ( Maybe I am wrong, but that's what I saw ).
It was a good game!! I enjoyed watching the game!

She already had a winning move on NC5 with a discovered bishop, and if he moved on KA1 a knight fork on NB3

    After ... Qa3+, Kb1 black's move shouldn't be Nb4+ again (as shown at 9:22), but rather Ne4+!!
Because after white's king goes back to a1, the black knight can fork the queen with Nxb3+

Everybody is not born as Carl. The kid is talented and chess and learning his trash talk. I like him. I still think Dina is stronger. Great video.

The kid just finds her attractive. Pretty normal stuff. He keeps saying her name, so... basic psychology. Taunting, or trash talking, is part of the chess game as much as it is a way for a young boy to provoke attention/reaction from a pretty girl. Again, nothing unusual.

I'm surprised a kid was talking to a grandmaster like that. Where's the respect anymore? My grandfather would have slapped me across the head talking like that to you.
