I have classic iron man, and my brother got wolverine. Still got red skull technically sealed but the box was damaged. These were the last Bakugan I got as a kid, and the last time I really thought about it at all until a couple weeks ago. Still love these things, I think a DC crossover would be really cool. Can’t tell me Darkus Batman wouldn’t sell like hot cakes!

Ok but of all the things to crossover with bakugon, Godzilla does make a lot of sense. You could make a godzilla, mothra, rodan, king kong, and Rhodan marble pretty easily, possibly even as remolds of existing marbles just with slight changes.
I'll second the Godzilla crossover. But the true best crossover would obviously be with Garth Marenghi's Darkplace.

To give context: The Mighty Thor is the title of the comic about when Jane Foster took up the mantle of the God of Thunder for a time, which started in Thor volume #4 in October 2014. It was a huge thing at the time, and something were gonna see in Love and Thunder, IIRC.
These toys were released in 2011...sssso it wasn't going to be Jane Foster, unfortunately.

I never realized Ingram was trans rep. As a transgirl who grew up on bakugan, mostly new vestroia, it's really comforting
He's not *literally* trans rep unfortunately, which is why I say 'accidental'. But since (in the english dub) they assigned him a female voice actor before he evolved, then switched to a male voice actor, I choose to believe.
Bakugan may not have a crossover with Godzilla, but what good references are made in the series with the kaijus
like, Contestir looks like Evangelion Unit 01, and Elfin is a Sailor Moon frog girl. I just love how diverse the designs were.

I think this is the obvious vote, but ... Transformers. Transformers and Bakugan would be a literal match *made* in heaven. how would the Transformers even work in-game? I have no idea. But it *sounds* fucking awesome to me.

This maybe a weird crossover but Bakugan x Chaotic (The cartoon). Both were dead franchises that got reboots, heck if you did it right you could have artwork lineup so a Chaotic card with a Bakugan on it could shack hands or hi-five a Bakugan card with a Chaotic character on it.
I actually liked the last season. I loved the ending of Dan and Drago realizing that they’ve hit the top and there’s nothing left and it’s someone else’s turn

4:14 well sorta, and it’s gotten very mixed responses from us players. Crossovers are very recent, like not in the main sets until this year, in a 25 year old game. I feel the same way, bakugan and magic both have their own stories and worlds. Too much crossover while diluting the original worlds would be a disservice to the games.
First off I guess, not all the cards you put up are legit. Silver bordered ones with other hasbro licenses (MLP, transformers) were convention exclusives, very rare, not legal in actual tournaments.
Harry Potter and Yoda are just fan made mock-ups.
Only recently did they start putting crossovers in tournament legal cards. Godzilla cards were alternate art versions of “real” cards, from a set this year.
Walking Dead... is a whole mess. Hot button topic, the start of some real scummy practices probably ordered by Hasbro overlords.
They’re going to do more crossovers in the future, starting with Lord of the Rings and Warhammer, and everyone is either excited or dreading this new era.

In my head I always imagined the Marvel Bakugan were just part of some multiversal event where the heroes and villains turned into pseudo Bakugan inside the Bakugan worlds for a crossover event
About the crossovers, as I have said in the chat: dbz x legacy series seems bad but expectable.
Modern X Legacy, however, would be nice. Especially with a story to explain the cross.

Personally, I'd like to see them revisit crossing over with Marvel considering how now the MCU is extremely popular, they could have better foresight and make Bakugan that coincide with upcoming Marvel movies/shows. A kid I babysit loves Bakugan and the Moongirl series, and he always calls his Pyrus Trox "Devil" after the dinosaur character from Moongirl. Though admittedly the Godzilla one would be awesome.
If spinmaster ever does a crossover with the monsterverse, they really need to do a deka bakugan of godzilla

No wait that would never work because Spin Master tried suing the emerging Korean toy company Choriock over "infringed patents" and lost. Plus Mecard's 3rd iteration is very Bakugan when it initially started with transforming cars into bots and beasts.

I remember seeing like two of these packs in a second hand clothing store named Ross. I know I definitely saw Red Skull, and I probably saw either Iron-Man or Wolverine I think?
I wasn't the biggest Marvel fan at the time, I was getting the Bakugan burnout, and I already had the other characters in the packs like Lumagrowl and Helios, so I ultimately passed on buying the packs. Little did I know they ended up being some of the more rare Bakugan you can get ahold of.
I'm a Monstreverse fan and I think it would make more sense if Kuijus collaborateted with Bakugan rather than Avengers

YOO, I had some of these things when I was younger...man I had forgotten about those...
as a huge G-Man fan, Id love to see chibi bakugan forms of godzillaverse. but also, probably metabots or metarots depending who you talk too. think of it like this pyrus metabee and pyrus ventis peppercat. even the human characters would be pretty intresting to see as companion cards when throwing them. having iggy be a hero card and metabee being the bakugan to use.
