Hey, so a bit of a story from my childhood in the mid-to-late 2000’s and early 2010’s; I used to own a transparent El Condor Bakugan, as well as a Darkus Pearl Dragonoid (not sure on the name). No joke, I owned two possibly rare Bakugan, and didn’t even know at the time because I was a dumb kid. These videos have really made me look back on my childhood and think about all the Bakugan I used to collect, without knowing their worth.
If they brought back Splight concept and incorporated it into say Spartillion for instance. That would be cool. Also, the Splight concept could help some who have difficulty rolling or difficulty learning to roll.
I'm very unfamiliar with the Legacy series, but I do always enjoy seeing all the weird gimmicks and toys they came out with back then. Can you imagine the ingenuity of the previous series with the improved design work of the current line? Even if they weren't play legal, I'd love to see them do modern takes on some of these older ideas, like a Magic Un-set or something. You could also technically write the rules on the character card if they ever wanted to do just one to be experimental.

Each one would have its own stats and attribute, which makes it a perfect wild card

I don't know. Maybe you can have up to three geogan, and at the start of every battle, you can choose whether or not you want to play one. However, most geogan are pretty OP, so there's that issue. We'll cross the bridge when we come to it, though.
If there were a better way to implement this in the current game, I wouldn’t mind something like DraThron, but smaller. Essentially, this would be a bakugan that either you or your opponent could land on, and whoever does so first gets to use it in battle.
that is so interesting have a Baku with a g/b power (can we just call it health?) with a dice mechanic. cards usually have dice implemented and coin toss implements and those bring randomness factors to fun.
Also a couple of Bakugan from the original series Bakugan Battle Brawlers that I think are pretty weird Tentaclear: not only does his name sound weird, the guy is also literally an Eyeball, a giant floating Eyeball Paladin: in the final couple of episodes, Hal-Gee spawns a bunch of Bakugan out of nowhere and shields pop off of them in ball form when they open, this Bakugan never got a toy Mock Dragonoids: if you remember when all the Bakugan were evolving, each of the brawlers fought someone who has an emotional impact on them, all of which were just figments of their imaginations, each with different Bakugan at their disposal, one was one of the legendary warriors of Vestroia and then two others, Julie fought her sister, she had Clayfe, Wormquake and El-Condor, Marucho fought a dull past version of himself who never spoke for himself, he had Frosch, Siege and Warrius, Shun fought a little girl who closely resembled his mother, she had Oberes, Bee-Striker and Manion, Runo fought a younger version of Dan, he had Lars-Lion, Ravenoid and Robittalion, Masquerade fought Alice who had Exedra, Wormquake and Centapoid, and lastly was Dan who fought… a Clown… who fought with Appolenir, Dragonoid and… another Dragonoid… and for some reason these Dragonoids don’t have horns like the OG Drago has, and there was never a toy of these guys either

One of my friends have a bootleg bakugan called "Zombugu." Zombugu is a zombie (duh) with his brain viewable in ball form. He opened with his spooky face and two big hands and stood on feet. He had no B nor G power, but it was still so much fun seeing it work.

Taygen never had a ball form in the show either (None of the hybrids did), as a servant made specifically by naga. Naga also knew that the battle brawlers were coming and that's why taygen diguised as a human

I feel like classic Bakugan wanted to make every player feel unique. In a card game you might run a certain clan/color/type, specialize in a game mechanic or adopt a series of cards as your own, but usually someone else is doing the same thing as you at another table. Toy games do about the same, maybe it's the stats in Beyblade or the loader type in B-Daman, it's likely someone is doing the same. Classic Bakugan has so many weird gimmicks that some players specialize in a gimmick, making a game special and your opponent more threatening.
On the topic of strict rules me and my buddies basically went through and made rule changes to legacy to make it fun, it breaks a few already established rules but makes it more fun for newbies and just adds a level of controlled chaos

Would it count as a miss-roll or? Also thank god they made rules for a battle that doesn't require 40 cards deck. For some stupid reason the stores just don't sell Booster Packs.
