@@charlezard5579 Most of the peg connections are just the geogan plugged into each other, & there's a bit of use with the baku-gear holes on dragonoid if that helps give you an idea.
As someone said down here in the comments, I really hope they keep putting metal in Bakugan, maybe not like in mechtanium surge but like in the heavy metal Bakugan, they were actually useful
You know I’ve always loved the design of Razenoid. He looks so intimidating almost terrifying, plus his ball form’s pretty cool and he’s my favorite attribute.
@@JettKuso I know about Razenoid his true identity is Dharak cause remember barodius and Dharak came into contact with the sacred orbit and Cody banish them to the dark reverse dimension of Bakugan interspace
As someone who couldn’t care less about Bakugan nowadays this was a pretty cool discussion on the history of the toy line. Honestly if they produced more metal bakugan I might have stayed with it instead of dropping it after the first product. Different weight distributions adds a lot to the dexterity game which is like, the entire point in my eyes.
huh.. didn't know the early b1 bakugan were smaller, I somehow never noticed that. I think diecast parts are neat for this toyline especially since they can influence the actual function of them.
When the bottom half of Mechtanium Surge Bakugan isn’t made out of metal: “Reality is often disappointing.” I never own a Bakugan from this season (besides the McDonald’s toys of Razenoid and Bolcannon, along with a few battle suits) so I didn’t know that until today.
I had a baku-metal trap of Fortress (or as it was known by Barron on a few occasions, Percian), but it broke on me after one of my cousins or brother tried to close it improperly and now it won't close, so it's practically useless :/
I remember everyone had them at school but the teachers took them away from us all the time, I remember some kids that used to steal the ones I had all the times but they got it confiscated, so me being smart I took all the bakugan from the confiscation basket, got mine back along with with 20 new ones lmao
I have no idea why this was recommended to me, I'm more of a Yu-Gi-Oh girl myself, but I loved the video! Was super entertaining! PS: I noticed you manually did the subtitles, I appreciate you going through the extra effort for the quality :D
I actually bought new bakugans because of your videos, and when I'm bored, or studying I play with them, and actually I'm not a fan of almost any toy, but I always loved the concept of a ball that easy turns into a robotic creature, so yeah, I love bakugans xDDD
One of a story in my university, a senior made a few copy (he made at least 2 I guess) of these plastic bukugan using all metal material for his fabrication project. He used casting and some machining process. He literally made a full metal of these toys. The subject lecturer didn't like the project initially but after the senior proved that he could sold one of the metal toy for a fairly high price, the lecturer finally gave him good grade. Would people really buy these toys at high price if it was full metal? Sounds like a fun thing to do
Great video as always Jett, I didn't know that they rereleased Trap Bakugan with metal on certain areas during Mechtanium Surge. It's always been something I appreciate sometimes when games would upgrade or have better support for old cards or Bakugan to still compete against the new releases.
I just got Heavy Metal Vanderus, and Barrier Beyond... Japanese Bakugan got a MG in the Magnet placement... Japan is weird... Nice video waiting for the top ten rarest Bakugan suggestions (Cycloid Subterra is a Japanese exclusive, Bakutech lotery editions, Mutant Helios, AA Dragonoid Unreleased ultra special edition)
Tbh if the Bakugan reboot just re-released Baku-Tech I'd be happy. Since the west never got widespread access to them I bet it'd blow the minds of all the kids. You don't even need to release the swappable metal parts. Just the metal plates that can shift places and the bind system is enough.
I have one of those metal dragonoid’s where the bottom half is silver. It was a darkess one that instead of a g power wheel had an attribute changing wheel.
I have never cared about Bakugan, it didn't even exist when I was a kid. But I'm still watching this guy's video purely for his high video quality and production value. I have no idea why.
I just got my first bakugan after pondering somewhere under one of your Videos. I got a platinum Nillious and it is quite fun to play around with and quite heavy actually!
I would love to see some heavy metal Dekas. They never get enough love. Imagine how much fun it would be to see upscaled demonstrations of rolling techniques with those big boys. Or the intricate mechanisms of the Ultra bakugans in Deka form.
I constantly forget Bakugan continued and had a fairly healthy community after i left elementary school. Like it basically disappeared from the public consciousness from what I could tell.
It's weird. I started loving bakugans days ago, and this channel got immediately recommended to me. Lmao. I just watched 1 episode of this anime on UA-cam and then went off watching anime in google. UA-cam sure notices fast, hhppphphphph.
Ngl I really wish they'd bring back duel hydranoid and delta dragonoid in the reboot..dual hydranoid was my all time fav bakugan and would love to have it again......still got my subterra alpha hydranoid at least but it's not the same lol
I once used a month of my allowance to get a ton of bakugans when i was younger. I had no regrets, my only regrets were i either lost them, or broken them
Ooh I’m so ready for another great video, but this premiere thing makes me more anxious to watch it come on! Bring it on already haha. Get those balls out. (Probably I’m going to regret that last phrase…)
Was I the only one disappointed that most of the silver pieces on Mechtanium Surge Bakugan were just painted and not actual metal? Edit: seems I'm not alone lol. Wish they would have made a chrome silver variant or something. That would have been cool.
I do believe the mechtanium surge bakugan did have metal but at some point removed it as i own 2 meta dragonoids with 1 being heavier and being more weighted when i roll it compare to the other one
I LOVE the metal bakugan... the new "normal" ones are too light compared to old ones, which I miss dearly, so the metal ones are the closest things i can get today without spending MASSIVE amounts of money to get my hands on genuinely well made bakugan.
Bro... I'd love to have metal Bakugan in the reboot... I hope in the future they add something like the part swapping system in bakutech because I never had access to bakutech, and I'd absolutely love to get my mitts on some... Not to mention, it would finally add an extra layer of strategy to the game more than before: rolling ability. I mean, we already have some Bakugan that are great to roll, (Nillious ultra AA, Ramparian ultra, and Fenneca ultra) and a few that are tougher (dragonoid ultra bp and dragonoid bp). It would seem like it would be a matter of time before SM utilizes this to toy with the meta. (Let it begin! Let it begin!)
Don't mean to be "that one guy", but there's a bit of misinformation here. Vulcan and Vandorus weren't the only heavy metal Bakugan released in New Vestroia Era. Alpha Hydranoid, Infinity Dragonoid, and the B2 variant of Delta Dragonoid all released during the NV Era, not the season 1 Era. Season 1 special attacks only had B1 Bakugan, even after B2 were introduced.

I was just scrolling through my recommended page around the time this video came out and it just so happened to show up. I hadn't thought about bakugan in years, but this caught my eye. I clicked on it to put it in my history so I could watch it later(I never use watch layer Playlist lmao) and ended up forgetting later that day. Next day it popped up again in my recommended page so I decided to watch it. I distanced myself from the reboot when I heard it was gonna happen forgetting that bakugan is an anime so it wouldn't be bad. I really regret doing so but at least after watching this video I was inspired to start collecting again. I have a case dull of old bakugan and a new case of new ones but it doesn't have enough room for all of my reboot stuff. I'm excited to see what happens in the future and I hope new stuff can make up for all the things I missed. Tldr, this video inspired me to pick up an old interest as a legitimate hobby since you know, actual card game this time.
I have apparently had a Heavy Metal Ventus Alpha Hydranoid and never knew its name until this video popped up, I always thought it was Omega Leonidas from the Wii/DS game because I was a kid who couldn't tell the difference lol
I miss these toys and the anime. I was surprised that the anime still goes on but yeah just like the yugioh it somehow hyped me up I still can't believe that one of the antagonist and the holder of the hydra was a woman who transforms into a man using a mask. Like my childhood mind was like boi how?
Bakublitz here! Figured I'd try to answer how many of the metal neo dragonoids there are. From my knowledge there is 100 of them as indicated by the 73/100 stickers on the bottom of mine's box. Despite that I'm pretty sure mine and the one given to Christopher are the only ones not just sitting somewhere at spin master hq, but who knows for sure. I'm not even positive mine isn't the one given to Christopher Ruff as the story I was told was so far fetched, and seemed more like a bs explanation for why the box was damaged.

100% agree.
The worst thing is that sales in our country was stopped 7 years ago 😢
I need to pay 500 dollars minimum to ship some entry level shit 😶

this somehow brings back my childhood.
I remember when i was a kid, my favorite bakugan that i had was this robot that had a miniature die inside of it.
my dual Hydranoid as a kid had a problem where due to the metal ring it would not close properly making him impossible to use
Ok evreyone try to remember the bet of jett wearing a dragonoid costume if metal parts aint a thing in the next season
