Has this ever happened? Gotten in your beautiful prius and the speedo, dash and MPG is all gone? There is a fix you can do that should take all of 10 secs.
So what do you do when the door open light no longer works. As long as that light works you can get dash lights if you start your car with the door open , then shut it.

Instead of the door being open. You can just use your headlights. Turn them on and off until the headlight instrument comes on the dash.
hold the ac button for a few secs, then turn on the headlight on and off . Hope that works for you
