Living standard is far better in high rise gated societies...it feels frustrating in builder floor..
The biggest pro of builder floor is that it is located in the heart of the city…and flexible payments
Exactly. people buy fancy high rises located 30-40 mins away from the city . and yet they pay like 2x of a builder floor. the only plus of a high-rise is good security IMO.
- clubs/restaurants are just gimmicks to upsell and cost a lot yearly.
- most of these high rises are empty with 20-30% occupancy. no social benefits.
- small room sizes in high rises.
rather buy a well-made builder floor from a reputed builder in posh areas ( DLF 1,2,4 etc ). 10x better accessibility to Delhi. heart of the city as you said . Cyberhub/galleria/ambience all so nearby ( walking/5mins drive ), having the best restaurants nearby .

Yes right.. Amstoria is a good option to go a low rise floor and a builder floor
