Basically any type of diabetes work you do as a nurse counts. I worked in general medicine for 7 years so I worked with a lot of diabetics on the floor. There's no need to provide "proof" per say but you need to explain in what capacity you work on diabetes care (insulin administration, DKA pts, hyperglycemia pts, recognizing signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia, discharge diabetes education etc). It was my cumulative GPA. I like to be transparent as possible because everyone has a different journey and grades shouldn't hold you back from applying. I feel like my references really helped me because I was close with both of them (academic and work references) It only takes one school to say yes ☺

Hi, yes abdominal quadrants: right upper quadrant (RUQ), left upper quadrant (LUQ), right lower quadrants (RLQ) and left lower quadrant (LLQ). Hope this helps 🙂
