For powering the plate light, which cables you used from the trunk harness?
What wire should the red wire from the camera go to on the BLP-990A?
What did you use for neutral wire please the one in the same plug cluster?
Negative cable needs to be connected to the car body.
The easy way is on one of the bolt which holds boot lock.

I'm having an issue where after installing the camera, the opposite license plate light no longer function...how did you fix it?
probably you have lost a connection because that shouldn't happen check the bulb individually...

@@Mfix01 Thanks...turned out both bulbs were bad as I swapped the one I removed to installed the camera and it still failed. New bulb fixed it.
What is the colour of the reverse light cable to which you connected the camera?
Which wire is for the reverse light?
Geen and black from the grey socket.
Does it matter which green and black, as there is two of them.
