Jim Kindheart Unfortunately, comedians today are becoming increasingly afraid to joke against anyone (except southern white males and Jews, they are free to be stereotyped). If comedians offend anyone, they will be slammed by the media and possibly sued as well. The issues have become so intense that America has lost its sense of humor. For example: Watch the movie "Airplane", I don't think anyone would make a movie like that today but it may have been the funniest movie of all time.
Firstly, of course, you're allowed to pay respects to a great man. Secondly, there is a difference between being Pro-Gun, and being a jackass about it.
This may be insensitive, given all that has recently happened, but watching this still makes me laugh so hard. It's amazing the way he could take these serious subjects and make them hysterical. You are very missed, Robin.
Nightsticks or Knives don't have near the fatality rate of guns! China had four separate incidents of older men stabbing dozens of children on school playgrounds and everyone of them survived!
Yes, it's a continuing pattern of gun proliferation in this nation, in the cities, country and suburbs that is allowing incidences like this to occur over and over everyday with inner-city killings and every few days with these high profile incidents! For what?? We need 32,000 gun deaths a year and countless injuries(which is costing many, many billions in healthcare costs) and crimes galore so someone can protect themselves from the very thing the "Gun" that is creating this fear and insecurity???The majority of all home invasions happen during the day when no one is home and they often steal the guns!! Newsflash, It ain't working!! We need these guns to hunt animals in the cities or suburbs?? Only ten percent of gun owners say they use them for hunting!! There are 18,000 gun suicides a year also( half of the 36,000 yearly suicides) mostly white middle class people! Yeah let's arm to the teeth a bunch of alienated, stressed out, frustrated Americans and hope good things are going to happen!! This country is a joke!! And guns without Ammo does you no good but you can get this ammo over the internet or at gun shows with a drop of a name!
