The third video in a series of 3D fractal animations highlighting the unique topology of the "Amazing Surface" formula found in the Mandelbulb3D application.
Tonal triptych: one video - three audio experiences.
Music: "Apocopen" (truman@browngrafix.com), "Industrial Revoloution" (Kevin MacLeod, www.incompetech.com), "Vanes" (Kevin MacLeod, www.incompetech.com)
I am so fascinated by fractals and the art people create with them. This one is very remarkable. I'd love to work with someone that made them...by creating music for them..
This one has a biological feel to it: from branching dendrites to mushrooms and an eerie skeleton landscape :)
the rise of the metallic mushroom
Or jellyfish but they look more like mushrooms
*Behold the ever morphing beauty of the "Fractallic Jellyshrooms", in their natural, geometric habitat!*
I watched this after smoking DMT at the peak of my LSD trip. I was reborn in this video.
“I do drugs so I am so cool”
hmmm, someone envious?
i must say, that many fractal works remind me of things that happened in my mind when i was on lsd - i saw fractal art for the first time during the very early 80s in a tv feature and my first thought was actually: lsd made visable... :-)
some years ago i tried to describe fractal art to a woman who never even heard of it and she burst out: but that´s lsd!
it has nothing to do with being cool, but with being fascinated - let´s share that and all is good - any nice things of you to tell us, lelduck?
🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
How is DMT acquired exactly? And is it as powerful as they say? Im a searching psychonaut for the ultimate next trip and DMT keeps eluding me
..
@@kunglao4009 You should never search for psychedelics, especially ones like DMT. They should always find their way to you. If you go out of your way to do something like smoke DMT, you are not following your natural path through life and it will humble you.
@@assistanttotheregionalmana3002 this is actually very good advice!!!
This is one of the best I've seen so far. Excellent!
I was thinking the same.
yeah
So much to process here... The ever morphing landscapes... the waves of Dark energy like those observed on a beehive ..when they send a wave across the whole mass, maybe as a warning that they are agitated... its all so very cool.
Beautiful! I love these sort of slow, morphing explorations. Plenty of time to soak up all those juicy details. :)
Excellent work. Particularly like the latter part where you go 'inside' the fractal. I use M3D, but have not really experimented with Amazing Surface. Looks like it's a great contender for animation. Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm pretty sure I've had highly disturbing dreams that looked like this.
You've gotten some nice mushrooms there at 2:20! Really liked the organic feel. I also have some fractal videos which may be nice to check out.. My upcomming animations are all going to be in 4k resolution :)
Love working with and seeing art that was made with Mandelbulb, Thank You
Awesome, perfect atmosphere and feeling!
Much appreciated!
deff the best work ive seen from mandelbulb 3d, nicely done
Mind blowing worlds. I'm just now experimenting with fractals, it's really addicting but it takes the computer a million years to render.
A no show.com
This was made (posted, even) in 2012? Really? Nice.
Thanks! Yes, 3d fractals have been a thing for quite a while now.
how I love it! and the music is beautiful too! how wonderful it would be to have something like that with my elf 18min track.... magic. keep creating it. thank you
Totally awesome morphings presented with the right music!
a triptych is any work of art divided into three sections like a three-panel comic strip, this was tritone lighting. still cool tho
These are WONDERFUL IMAGES! I used to be able to see visions like this anytime I wanted to when pressing very lightly on my eyelids. I could do that for years it started as a child. But it all was extremely intense from 2001 to 2012. ( lots more to that story) But anyway it was awesome to see such psychedellic " shows" without taking ANY drugs! AND..... I could switch my viewpoint of seeing it all as an "observer ...OR (stay with me here! lol) I could "step into it all" as if it was MASSIVE MASSIVE DOME theatre and Id get to be "Part of these fractal movements and it was massive all around me! I felt incredible in there. Then those "phosphene" experiences ended little by little over a years time 2011- 2012.. and I MISS it terribly. Whenever I explain them to my younger friends and my 30s something son... they all say the things i saw were very much like their mushroom or LSD experiences... but I got to do mine for free and "naturally" . I was like ok so maybe my natural chemical wiring was such i could tap into that... ? I'm not interested at all in taken any hallucinogens to get to see what I used to see. In fact my own body and mind . gut tells me NOT to to do that I pay attention to my gut so . No desire to ingest anything. OUR local IMAX DOME Science Theatre once showed some cool videos with music a few years ago and cool images but as cool as that was it didn't compare to my mind experiences. PROB it cost the producers too much money to rent that space . bc i don't see anything like that on the bill there again. . ANYWAY EVEN IF LOCAL regular movie theatres would show YOUR videos--- even tho they are not Super Dome sites etc... I still think it would be cool. BUT it may end up with too many recreational drug takers showing up for shows like these? I dunno. Anyway I'm just an old gal now..... 72 yrs old but I sure miss that ON THE SPOT INCREDIBLE colorful JOURNEY I'd get to go into ANY time of my choosing! It's GONE now... but not forgotten. Grateful i had so many years of this ability. THANK YOU for your wonderful videos.. WELL DONE ! Suzie
each film of your surface series is better then the one before. good for you! great stuff!
Am I the only one who wants to zoom more into these things?
Awesome! Great lighting and transformations. 👍
Beautiful. 😊
Stunning

Love the heart at 4:20
the best I have ever seen,
The green & purple could become a standard 💜.
Здравствуйте ребята и здравия вашим светлым мыслям и делам. Спасибо.
could anyone tell me why you decide to watch this im just curious?
Wow, this is so nice Truman...
Amazing....simply wonderful !!!!!!!
Everything looks organic :-) Like!
Fractals are very interesting, don't know if it's me but I sometimes also find them slightly eerie in a way. There is something about fractals that just makes me feel weird.
But I find them beautiful nonetheless.
This one is so brutally honest.
great work!
Love it...
EXCELLENT !
Thanks!
Fascinating
Amazing work indeed :)
This also illustrates quantum entanglement.
I watched a bunch of these after taking some shrooms last night and wow 😳 I’m still shocked. Best trip I’ve ever had, it was like I was in a trance and I have a better understanding of a lot of random shit now.
this actually will make you think to what we evolved
Nice,very nice!
It is so wonderful !!!! Thanks!!!
am i stupid for not understanding anything thats happening even slightly or is that to be expected?
I bet the thumbnail is censored in Japan.
You made my day!
Because 3D?
Lol
Why
Where did I just go.........?
How long do these take to render?
What kind of computer?
What software?
This is amazing stuff man you need to keep making more. I’d like to see more transparent object and refractions
Hi Martin. On average it takes me about 2-6 months to render a 5-10 minute video - more if there's a lot of reflection and depth-of-field. I sometimes have access to other computers, but more often than not I'm rendering with Mandelbulb 3D (you can get it at fractalforums.com) on my AMD Threadripper. After that, about another month or two to create the soundscape.
Love your fractals! Would it be possible to showcase some of them in a live Facebook and UA-cam music mix I and doing. I would link back to you in description?
I'm sure it'll be OK, but please e-mail me the details (truman@browngrafix.com). Thanks.
great work.
Masterful.
bravo... really well done.
Thanks!
beautiful!
i thought i felt the ground shaking lel
nice
Amazing
Brilliant
Does anyone know if it's possible to create similar graphics with Ultra Fractal 6?
1:38 make way here comes the big 🍄
why the dramatic music
Should these fractals be renamed the "heroic dose".
Psychedelic without LSD
Wonderful ❤️ what kind of formula do you‘ve used?
Imho it very complicated
When they ask you what psychedelics are like..
No lie, did a bit too big of a dab one time and it turned me away from that shit forever. I was sitting in the bathroom crawling up from a fractal pattern for a meaningless amount of time.
I could only hear and my thoughts would only develop when I was on certain sides of the thing because time was freezing and accelerating back to normal speed.
The scary and "unappetizing" thing about it was when I realized that it wasn't the universe forming, it was my entirely uncontrolled path back up. It was like I was being lifted out of a cave-in by a rope, and the rope was the edge of the entire pattern.
Don't do drugs, kids!
@@snoopingas40k29 Ugh. Yikes.
fractale intelligenz .whow cool.
Damn at the beginning it really induced a bad trip
the overall darkness of the visuals and audio would be too harsh for me unless i was feeling pretty brave
If you could see how astral projection feels.
Beautiful, but ruined by constant shifting shadows!
it looks alive
awesome
it just design and what is been made who designed it and where did they get the idea from because I know something it's I cannot understand it's something's not right here we are inside that that you're showing we are a universe within side that I have to I can see it in the sky
1:44 Me after taking 10 viagras 🤣🤣🤣
Why do all of these have weird music
great video but man the first half of the music was just not for me
great

Come on, Jiffy Pop!
How long does it take make this and what processors etc
Sorry for the late reply. It generally takes between 2-4 months to render a 3-5 minute video on about 8 PCs concurrently, so that's why they are far and few between.
Thanks - lovely!

can you stop with your soda can and pop corn :o
