On top of that, we never get to see the story of how they combined, all because Marvel will never give us a solo Hulk movie as long as another company has the distribution rights to it.
After Ironman hit him with the “gotosleepgotosleepgotosleep” Hulk wasn’t the same. He got some of it back during Ragnarock but…then Infinity War killed him.
I think the MCU Bruce Banner/Hulk character can still be saved; they can have his character have one too many breakdowns before they do a deep dive into his psyche and discover the many different Hulks as a result from the abuse he’s suffered and the attempt at healing could cause him to become a “worse” hulk: either one that forcibly is separated from Banner and has no humanity whatsoever, or it could bring about a Hulk like the Green Scar where he’s more ruthless.
Savage Hulk is good but they HAD IT with Thor Ragnarok (even though the robbed us of Planet Hulk with that), when they introduced Merged Hulk. The Hulk shown in that wasn't a mindless brute but a simple one whi was getting smarter overtime and refused to turn back into banner to keep them both alive.
My thoughts on Endgame Hulk are this. It's a great ending for Bruce Banner, but an absolutely tragic ending for the Hulk. Bruce has wanted to get rid of the Hulk since he was first created in that gamma accident. He was terrified for every moment of every day that he would lose control, and unleash a monster onto the city and the people he loves. So him getting rid of that monster is a sweet moment for him, and the end of his arc. However, this ending becomes absolutely horrific once you pay closer attention to him when he's in Hulk form. Hulk was his own person. With his own feelings, emotions, and thoughts. So Banner getting rid of Hulk kind of feels like he killed a man and started living in his body similarly to Doc Ock taking over Spider-Man's body in the Superior Spider-Man series. Imagine if Marc Spector killed Steven. You kind of feel bad for The Hulk. I mean, at the end of the day, the Hulk only wanted to protect Bruce. And how did Bruce reward him for his efforts? He killed him Also, there's some out of the world disappointments as well. I mean, now the only way to get a Hulk vs Wolverine fight is either if Wolverine fights Smart Hulk, or is Banner's character arc is ruined by Hulk coming back
I mean I like the hulk from the Avengers Earth’s mightiest heroes show. I think they did a great job depicting Hulk and Banner when Banner doesn’t fear him. He more fears what he might do to people or civilians. Meanwhile Hulk has his own desires. Like to be a proper hero in that universe, and it takes away the control from banner for that, but Banner sees that as a worthy sacrifice.
7:07 The problem isn’t that Thanos whooped Hulk. The problem is that Hulk didn’t get his retribution in Endgame, he should’ve thrashed him. Maybe he would’ve lost again by a margin for the sake of the plot, but the battle would’ve been such a satisfying return for the Hulk nonetheless Edit: 7:36 Oh, you guys said that lol
The Hulk was mostly great imo up until IW and Endgame. I dont even mind Thanos whooping him (he whooped Thor too), but the fact that there's never a redemption for that is maddening....And when you read what the Russos think of the Hulk, it makes sense since apparently they dont seem to like the character that much. Hulk is the biggest letdown of both of those movies
It really hurts especially for me given Hulk is my favourite character in all of fiction and I can't look forward to his appearances in the MCU. Sidenote I view the worldbreaker Hulk not as a another personality but just Prime savage Hulk who's more experienced and has grown in intellect a bit.
@@Acnologia-r3g that's what I'm saying i don't personally view Worldbreaker/Green Scar as a alternative personality even if the comics do but that's just my perspective.
I don’t know why they keep trying to bring over the “All New All Different Marvel” characters into the MCU. They completely failed to garner an audience in the comics, and they’ve continued to fail in the films and shows.
Given Hulk has long been my second favourite comic book superhero of all-time (right behind Spidey), bro, it is so depressing how they've butchered Hulk since the first Avengers 😭 The Incredible Hulk film is the only live-action interpretation that has actually nailed the duality of Hulk and Bruce Banner, as well as the raw, terrifying power and intimidation that Hulk exudes. It's sad that it's been 16 years since we got that movie. Most of Avengers 1 also handled him well, but damn, it's been rough to be a Hulk fan with the MCU. They didn't give us a proper Planet Hulk, we just got the extremely watered down version in Thor Ragnarok that barely scratched the surface of how amazing the Planet Hulk story is. But Endgame was the most egregious. Instead of giving us the Hulk redemption moment where he beats down Thanos and his armada, they gave it to f***ing Carol Danvers... And She-Hulk only continued this awful trend. Ugh.
3:35 Bruce's dad Brian Banner is also the most evil comic book parent ever. The MCU didn't have the balls to go into that though because rather than trying to make good comic book films with interesting characters they make unfunny comedies with jokes only the writers find funny. The MCU's "heroes" laughing and wisecracking while innocent civilians and their friends and family die and their homes are destroyed makes them seem like psychopaths.
10:15 mean unless they go with the ultimate Spider-Man cartoon version of Amadeus show would becomes the iron spider I honestly prefer that over him being a hulk have it be a story where him and Peter are together in some way like their friends and Peters next solo movie which leads into Amadeus getting his iron spider suit and maybe pimping it out in his own style and be them becoming his own hero

Even the og tv show hulk could stop a jeep with one hand
He killed him
Also, there's some out of the world disappointments as well. I mean, now the only way to get a Hulk vs Wolverine fight is either if Wolverine fights Smart Hulk, or is Banner's character arc is ruined by Hulk coming back
Thor did not beat Hulk in the avengers😂
Like homie said we’re cooked 😂😂
Do you think The Incredible Hulk is highly underrated? I never understood the hate.
Yes it’s underrated
I mean I like the hulk from the Avengers Earth’s mightiest heroes show. I think they did a great job depicting Hulk and Banner when Banner doesn’t fear him. He more fears what he might do to people or civilians. Meanwhile Hulk has his own desires. Like to be a proper hero in that universe, and it takes away the control from banner for that, but Banner sees that as a worthy sacrifice.
7:07 The problem isn’t that Thanos whooped Hulk. The problem is that Hulk didn’t get his retribution in Endgame, he should’ve thrashed him. Maybe he would’ve lost again by a margin for the sake of the plot, but the battle would’ve been such a satisfying return for the Hulk nonetheless
Edit: 7:36 Oh, you guys said that lol
Yeah it's been rough for our jade giant for a hot minute 🤷🏾♂️
I just hope they do Amadeus Cho like Miles Morales. Hulk passing down the mantle but do it well.
Worldbreaker is green scar hulk
Not savage
@@Acnologia-r3g that's what I'm saying i don't personally view Worldbreaker/Green Scar as a alternative personality even if the comics do but that's just my perspective.
They should've done hulk like they did in agents of smash sure he smarter but he's still has a ferrule monster part of him
Technically, he won every fight to be a champion on Sakaar. Mind you ALL OFF SCREEN!
I don’t know why they keep trying to bring over the “All New All Different Marvel” characters into the MCU.
They completely failed to garner an audience in the comics, and they’ve continued to fail in the films and shows.
Given Hulk has long been my second favourite comic book superhero of all-time (right behind Spidey), bro, it is so depressing how they've butchered Hulk since the first Avengers 😭
The Incredible Hulk film is the only live-action interpretation that has actually nailed the duality of Hulk and Bruce Banner, as well as the raw, terrifying power and intimidation that Hulk exudes.
Ugh.
The best hulk we got was in the incredible hulk movie before he got recasted
3:35 Bruce's dad Brian Banner is also the most evil comic book parent ever. The MCU didn't have the balls to go into that though because rather than trying to make good comic book films with interesting characters they make unfunny comedies with jokes only the writers find funny. The MCU's "heroes" laughing and wisecracking while innocent civilians and their friends and family die and their homes are destroyed makes them seem like psychopaths.
*Wait hold on!*
The Incredible Hulk didn't lose to She-Hulk/Jeep..........Smart Hulk lost that battle.
Hulk quit the Avengers after two issues, and the MCU completely missed the point of that!
Savage Hulk is best Hulk.
BRO WHAT I THOUGHT AMEDAUS CHO WAS JUST RUMORS
Nah guys. 5:09 Not black widow and captain america either. It should have been hawkeye and black widow.
I am a comic LADDER
Little bit of both
10:41 - Hulk also beat Loki. But like, so could some TVA grunts, so that's not saying much.
Miss Ed hulk
Iron Man was a B lister. He was frequently in various Marvel events
You guys got a Discord server?
The reason the Black widow romance subplot vanishes in infinity war is the same reason Captain Marvel vanishes. overwhelmingly negetive fan feedback.
I’m glad Captain America Brave New World has Red Hulk & he looks like he’ll actually be terrifying
Nah. He won’t and you know that.
@@diosnelfrica590 I will admit, 1 teaser 1 one bit of D23 footage is not enough to go on, but at this point, I feel like I’m just trying to hold on to hope, that the MCU is on the rebound. But we’ll see
If you guys have seen avengers earth's mightiest heroes can you guys make a video on it
Thor did not beat Hulk in Avengers. He is kinda on his last leg when Hulk goes after the plane.
2008 hulk was BEST HULK
