What should of happened in infinity war is that Hulk should of smashed all of Thanos' armor off before Thanos uses the power stone to knock him out. Thanos just takes off the armor in the next scene anyway and it would show how powerful the stones are.
Russo Bros had such hate boner for this character, his rage monster would've been so perfect in both Infinity War & Endgame with the right amount of care. Instead, we Hulk fans were spitted on right in front of our fucking faces....
I haven't heard any theories that Marvel Studios is going to kill off Skaar when they're clearly setting up the Young Avengers, but there is a way to use Skaar to further Hulk's character. Ritson's final act in Secret Invasion is to "declare all off world species enemy combatants" as Ritson wants the government to "find and kill every last one of them." Since Ross will replace Ritson as President in the MCU in Brave New World, Ross will still work with Ritson's act especially when he finds out that Skaar was born off world. If Hulk sees the man who ruined his life attempt to kill his son, he'll finally return to the savage Hulk or unleash the World Breaker.
Fun fact about Avengers Endgame: After Black widows death, Smart Hulk does not make a single quip. Another fun fact: Banner was the only avenger to defeat a black order member without any outside help.
I prefer even the Ang Lee Hulk over the Marvel Hulk. I guess to fit the storyline for the arrival of Captain Marvel they had to find some way to sideline the most powerful characters, emasculate Hulk and make Thor an overweight fatass.
Personally, I preferred Norton's Bruce Banner. He's arrogant, quiet, and solitary. Betty's the only person he genuinely likes or will even consider listening to. Everyone else is either useful or an enemy. But he does care. Deep down. Ruffalo's take on the character is too friendly for my tastes.
honestly the did the julk as dirty as quick silver. the hulk is too strong and the writers just dont know how to add him to a story without making him the goto for everything. i mean he can overpower thor if he get angy enough and his anger and strength dont have a limit. i just wish they used and mutable personity angle instead of making him a green care bear
The whole world:hulk 2008 sucks! Me*:a loyal savage hulk fan beyond the end* The whole world*sees mcu she hulks she hulk professor hulk*WE CHANGED OUR MIND,HULK 2008 IS PERFECT!
I could pay good money to have World War Hulk done WELL. Marvel gets a chance to introduce a BUNCH of new characters, and we get to witness the Hulk that could break the world if he wanted. Yes, plz!
for an avid MCU follower since 2008, i gotta say that real Hulk actually "died" after the end of 2008 movie...well, in 2012 Avengers he kinda have that 2008-ish Hulk trait, but its going on a downward spiral on him since then.
I wish the mcu took a more dark approach to most of these movies, and shows, much like justice league. She hulk was an abomination as a whole. Hulk has been taking nerf after nerf
I still get nightmares of Ed Norton’s Hulk & the Abomination from the 2008 Hulk film. I really think Edward Norton is a fine Bruce Banner, but a very horrifying Hulk. And the Abomination in that movie was just too scary man. I get more nightmares of him then the Hulk. I get that the Hulk’s supposed to be scary, but he’s also supposed to be sympathetic… and I get 0 of that from Norton’s Hulk because of how he’s way too scary for me. It’s why I prefer the 03 Hulk movie with Eric Bana in addition to Mark Ruffalo in the first two Avengers movies and maybe Ragnarok… because they made the Hulk monstrous, but they still made him sympathetic… whereas Edward Norton made his Hulk too monstrous. And you know what the scariest part is… the 2008 Hulk film isn’t even a horror movie, as the 03 Hulk film was a horror movie… and I wasn’t scared from that film compared to the 2008 film.
Hulk losing to Thanos happened in the comics as well. He can't beat Thanos at the best of times, let alone when Thanos is wearing the power gem. Thats all cannon. But the real problem i have is wasting the Planet Hulk storyline on a Thor movie. A true depiction of the Planet Hulk series, from slavery to overthrowing the King, the gladiatorial battles, the spike thingies, the betrayal at the end. All that would have been a great stand alone Hulk film and they ruined it by changing the main character and turning it into a buddy film. That should have been a brutal Hulk violence movie.
But if the M.C.U. is truly rebooting itself; I suggest pick a new guy to be Bruce, and write a new storyline about both Bruce Banner & Hulk. I also suggest pick an actor who’s in, his late thirties to early forties of age, to play Bruce Banner.
The Hulk was my old man’s favourite in the MCU and one year I drew him a Hulk card for his birthday but by that time (maybe by Infinity War) he liked Cap and Hulk was his least favourite. And he *really* didn’t like Hulk by Endgame. Shame that a limited low budget show from the *70s* could do Hulk better than big budget powerhouse studios in the 21st Century 😔
When I was watching infinity war I was a huge fan of hulk and I asked my sister if he was in it she said he was only in it for one scene I thought she was joking…
4:40 Hulk v Thanos shoulda been an epic *_EVENT_* than a throw away “look how powerful Thanos is that he can beat the Hulk!” moment. It didn’t really land that way for me anyway as the Hulk was already becoming a bit of a joke, being beaten by freakin *IRON MAN* then getting beaten by Thor then being made silly and comical in that same movie
Agree with everything you said. TBH the MCU was dead to me from Infinity War. First of all making Hulk go AWOL, and then in Endgame neutering Thor from what he became in Ragnarok. Oh yeah, they snipped Vision too in Infinity War. A pattern there...... I'd rather they had Thanos kill Hulk in Infinity War - make it a bit more brutal, Hulk maybe makes him bleed and then Thanos destroys him - would have been better than them ruining everything about Hulk after Infinity.
Marvel/Disney still doesn't completely own the rights to The Hulk: Universal has distro rights. So while I wouldn't claim that Marvel was playing 3D chess when it did Hulk dirty, it certainly didn't hurt its position, given the widespread disappointment in the character. Under the current arrangement, Marvel has no incentive to make a Hulk-centered movie, and general dislike may persuade Universal to give him, or sell him cheaply, back.

Changed their Leadership? King, Bob Iger is still in Charge.
It was Bob Chapek for a little while before they brought back iger
Professor Hulk should still have Hulk's physical attributes. Thats my only gripe.
You forgot to mention that during endgame he was basically benched by the team and was sent as a messenger to The Ancient One.
What should of happened in infinity war is that Hulk should of smashed all of Thanos' armor off before Thanos uses the power stone to knock him out. Thanos just takes off the armor in the next scene anyway and it would show how powerful the stones are.
Aang Lee's Hulk has it's criticisms but I got into Marvel movies as well a Sam Rami Spider-Man back in the day.
They also show the Hulk getting bigger as he gets angry in that Edward Norton Hulk movie. Another thing the recent versions of the Hulk left out.
He's a grower, not a shower
I'm a huge Hulk fan and, like a lot of my other favorite male characters, to say he hasn't been done justice is hyperbolic.
Bob Iger isn’t much of a change in leadership when he was in charge before and created many of the problems we have now.
That still sounds better than what we have currently
IMO Mark Ruffalo is a good actor but he is no Hulk or bruce banner.
Agreed
Imo feige nerfed hulk so universal to avoid a sony/spiderman situation and regain the rights to the hulk easily
Hulk now is no more than a circus strong man.
I will never forgive MCU for ruining Hulk which was one of my most favourite superhero
Fun fact about Avengers Endgame: After Black widows death, Smart Hulk does not make a single quip.
Another fun fact: Banner was the only avenger to defeat a black order member without any outside help.
As far as this fan is concerned, the Hulk no longer exists in the MCU.
I prefer even the Ang Lee Hulk over the Marvel Hulk.
I guess to fit the storyline for the arrival of Captain Marvel they had to find some way to sideline the most powerful characters, emasculate Hulk and make Thor an overweight fatass.
You are talking straight facts here MCU has destroyed the Hulk
Hulk is basically Shrek at this point
Yep
Glad you think so too
they even give ant man hulk's biggest feat - one punch big leviatan in avengers 2012
Personally, I preferred Norton's Bruce Banner. He's arrogant, quiet, and solitary. Betty's the only person he genuinely likes or will even consider listening to. Everyone else is either useful or an enemy. But he does care. Deep down. Ruffalo's take on the character is too friendly for my tastes.
one of the reasons why i left the mcu. gunn's dcu has alot of promise.
I hope so!
These days, Hulk is no longer the monster, just a big clown and jokes
She hulk trailer where she was twerking, and then now seeing that they gave hulk a kid….the cringe levels are lethal high
honestly the did the julk as dirty as quick silver. the hulk is too strong and the writers just dont know how to add him to a story without making him the goto for everything. i mean he can overpower thor if he get angy enough and his anger and strength dont have a limit. i just wish they used and mutable personity angle instead of making him a green care bear
The whole world:hulk 2008 sucks!
Me*:a loyal savage hulk fan beyond the end*
The whole world*sees mcu she hulks she hulk professor hulk*WE CHANGED OUR MIND,HULK 2008 IS PERFECT!
I could pay good money to have World War Hulk done WELL.
Marvel gets a chance to introduce a BUNCH of new characters, and we get to witness the Hulk that could break the world if he wanted.
Yes, plz!
The intro 😂🔥🔥😂
As soon as Hulk got mind controlled I was worried, Thor Ragnarok was entertaining, but after Infinity War I checked out 😭
What I hated about Mark Ruffalo's Hulk was when they tried and failed miserably to put him in a relationship with Black Widow.
2012 was the only time hulk shined in the MCU tbh (you might think 2008 hulk. While he was great, the movie’s writing wasn’t strong)
After he mentioned Hulk's third leg and cuts to 3:29 with Bruce sitting that way, I thought it was something else. 🤣😂
That's nothing. Did you see what they did to Mar-Vell, the OG Captain Marvel in the Captain Marvel movie?
It’s a damn shame we haven’t seen real, REAL!, Hulk action since the Thanos fight in Infinity wars
The professor Hulk arc was an actually awesome read in the comics!
Bring back my strict teacher
The worst part of it is that they made Thor more powerful than the Hulk and that is crazy
Hulk literally went from fighting the one below all to getting clapped by his female-viewership induced girlfriend
Having Hulk lose to Thanos was a terrible idea WTF was marvel thinking wtf i was pissed
for an avid MCU follower since 2008, i gotta say that real Hulk actually "died" after the end of 2008 movie...well, in 2012 Avengers he kinda have that 2008-ish Hulk trait, but its going on a downward spiral on him since then.
Murdered the Hulk!!! MCU can never rebound from this criminal act
Disney is not looking to fix anything, don't kid yourself.
At this point, I'd rather see Universal make their own hulk movies
when did the hulk go from drawing his power from the earth to drawing it from the entire univers???
But if the M.C.U. is truly rebooting itself; I suggest pick a new guy to be Bruce, and write a new storyline about both Bruce Banner & Hulk.
I also suggest pick an actor who’s in, his late thirties to early forties of age, to play Bruce Banner.
Ed Nortons ..Hulk is the GOAT.. Disney has made a Mamby Pamby Hulk..I WON'T spend any money on Marvel movies again. I want the real Hulk back. 😢
I knew we were screwed when they gave us 20% of world breaker hulk
When I was watching infinity war I was a huge fan of hulk and I asked my sister if he was in it she said he was only in it for one scene I thought she was joking…
From Hulk to Woke and from Rage to Gayer
Great job on the videio.
Thank you!
7:17 this took me out 😂😂
It's nearly impossible to write, produce and make a good hulk movie.
Hope you're right!
THE INCREDIBLE HULK IS THE BEST HULK MOVIE
