    Here's a short summary:
The Separate Self is very deeply rooted in our body, the programming goes way back to our childhood. It is very dense, solidified energy, that goes much deeper than thought. Meditation & Awareness allow our patterns to come out of hiding, then to slowly, gradually dissolve. Because of the deep roots, it takes time & continuous meditation to dissolve our Seperate Self fully and to integrate our truth. “Soak it in awareness”, like tenacious stains on a cloth. Finally, there is no moment of liberation, no ultimate goal to be reached. You are already there, now cultivate your truth with meditation. Enjoy the path, it is our “post-enlightenment-sadhana”.

The separateness of self has matured across innumerable incarnations and millions of years , so time will be needed.

how relieving it is for mind to know i’m already “enlightened”, and now it can just rest and soak in this blissful bath🕉😄💜

@Dean Mitchell i dont even remember typing that lmao. a year ago i was off the shits (aka in the throes of spiritual crisis). my family was very worried about me so i had to pull my shit together and start over. i would never say anything like that now bc ur right its not entirely true - i was tormented by my own visions of spiritual perfection at the time, and all i sought was relief. now i know well enough to know that spiritual perfection is a mental projection.

@Dean Mitchell the truth i’ve come to understand is that enlightenment is actually a process of self realization - and so far ive realized quite a bit - but i still have the rest of my life left lol

It is beyond my comprehension why they "must" be recorded in full HD. They could be just audio recordings, for that matter.

Maybe "must" is strong word here but English is not my first language, sorry for that. What I mean is: I really love this videos and I wish the best quality possible. But nobody must do anything offcourse, that's not what I meant. It's a just suggestion with a terrible English :)

PLEASE ANYONE can tell me where to get a full explanation of what Mr Spira is only introducing here. I get all the metaphors that it is like the napkin that has tea stains and so on. Please spell it out- the whole process- What to do with powerful emotions. In my case there is no “teasing” anything out- they come to the surface as easy as a balloon in water.
I am unable to get to his teachings in person- on these videos Spira alludes to the proceeds but doesn’t actually spell it out. Thanks.

    • @makaniistorm8664

Same. I went through months trying to understand cause it was like riddles. Hopefully, I've got a better understanding, I might be wrong but.
It's a natural thing to feel like a person, the universal concept of it. However, the teaching says we have mistaken ourselves as this concept.
If everything is being as it is, whatever we are must be being as well. So if we drop ideas of the I, of life, of a person. What we think we are, drop the idea and let it be as an object. There's no sense of I in an apple or a table, right?. So same for the person as well.
When no sense of I in objective experience, you are being yourself, naturally, you can't stop being yourself. It's aware of experience, it's empty, transparent, unlocated, don't expect to find a thing.
Sense of I is a habit. It will rise again. I will feel like a person. You keep coming back and hopefully, you will feel free from this cluster of sensations and thoughts.
      I've only just begun.

Shpongly There are some meditation in this channel, but not on the way he's pointing on this video. This exploration that Rupert talks about are at the level of the body. Got to Rupert's website and you will find a book call The Light of Pure Knowing. With 30 meditations, and i think 10 of them are at the level of the body. :)
