Remember this was his first big role, whereas Brandy was used to all of these live performances, interviews etc. Go to 0.44 it looks like Brandy was singing the words along with him. Maybe that's why he was saying thank you at the end, because she helped him get through it. I could be wrong lol but thats what it looked like to me. Paolo is so great though, his voice is impeccable, he is very attractive and seems very down to earth :) This duet was perfect!
