I had the opportunity to visit Maryhill several times. It is too bad you didn’t allow much time to explore. The art and exhibits are world class.

Peaceful looking campground after a long day of museum browsing. Beautiful weather as well. Thanks Russ!

What a beautiful museum and absolutely gorgeous day that maryhill museum and the beautiful weather the sky was Blue the breeze was blowing and that's been two years ago but I still remember looking at it two years ago and then I just happened to look at it again cuz I go through your videos I let him go from one to the next. The name Cheney was in the museum, like the former VP. Money begets money, but so rich looking. I'm more a Mac n cheese person.

I have not been there since many years before my mom passed and they have done a lot of upgrades to the outside! Sadly it was never used for what it was intended for but it is a great museum. 😊

Russ, our headed towards the origin of the gorge. It came from Lake Missoula, you can still see the water levels of the lake here. Let me know when you get to Missoula I'll give you a tour.

This was the home Sam Hill built. He had a settlement there as he thought it was possible to raise fruit there. All those vineyards are on leased land from the museum. There's a warm micro climate because of the river.

Those rotunda you saw and the round galleries below were Sam Hill’s garages for his cars.

Nice place to spend a day and picnic with a special view. Your choice of destinations, view of the route, and campground selections is exactly what I want on UA-cam. Thank you for sharing. 5 stars.

Really liking your video's. Came down the Columbia River in the early 70s on a freighter, I was in the Merchant Marine. Great scenery all those trees. Friendliest people ever. Longview and Portland.

Love the blue sky. Hot and humid in Baltimore.

in the museum, your camera looked like it was shot from the floor? Missed 1/2 of the stuff like the statue of the woman? Still, love your show!!

Great video quality Russ! Obviously not your thing, but that looked like a very impressive collection of Native American artifacts. Hope your stay wasn't too windy!🌻

I believe in 1993 they re-enacted the 2000-mile trip on Oregon Trail. The trail ended at Oregon City at the visitor’s center.

I’m not sure they allow people to record there in the museum. I remember them telling me no flash photography.

They spent millions on that Castle but you liked radiator man the best! Good for you! I found that place very boring too after even trying to go through it twice in my life time. Waste of ten bucks people!

Nice museum but I don't think fine art is your thing Russ. Looks like they had a lot of nice pieces to see. Happy trails.

It's interesting how much materialists value temporary things while they mock God and eternal life with Him.
