I looked at one at my local dealer. Very nice. But one problem, it has no spare tire, not even a temporary spare. Just a "tire repair kit," which won't do for me. The kit, however, resides in a round recessed space under the carpet in the cargo area. The round space seems to be just the size for a spare tire. Does anyone know, can you order a spare tire (regular or temporary) for a Crown Signia? If not, I would not buy the vehicle.

The official body type for the Crown Signia is "Wagon". 😉 I purchased mine and the first road trip was from Martinsburg, WV to Mystic, CT. I drove no more than 5 MPH over the speed limit and the fuel economy for the trip was 40 MPG. It's a dream to drive.
Where did you get 6.3 inches of ground clearance? Toyota stated that the Crown Signia is 6.7 inches, not 6.3.
This is a luxury version of the Corolla Cross for an additional $22,000, nice looking car though.
Hoping it is quiet. I plan to this as an XLE if i like the test drive. I find the 2022 rav4 hybrid to be noisey at highway cruising speeds....
It's noisy, but could have been quieter and more powerful if Toyota had used the new Gen 5 hybrid power train like the new Camry.
Test drove one. Under normal acceleration (half throttle), the motor is annoyingly loud as if its straining hard. Not what you would expect for a car at this price.
I rather have the 2024 Toyota Venza Limited!! I Rather have the 8 1/2 clearance underneath. Plus you get better gas mileage on the Venza and it’s about 6,000-8,000 dollars cheaper with a the tech packages.!

Marchello btw FYI Toyota has finally a fix for grand Highlander and TX airbag issue. So I expect stop sale will be no longer active within next few weeks.
Are you comparing the size to the new Venza or the old one . The new Venzas are quite a bit smaller than the old Venza.
Are their any issues if this hybrid car is parked for 2 or 3 months in a hot flordia garage in the upper 90s while taking long vacations?
It would be super helpful if you could park a Venza right next to this crown Signia to get a sense of the extra size. I was just assuming that it was substantially larger than the Venza, but it sounds like that’s really not the case. 6 1/2% more cargo space? Only 24 point something cubic feet? I had plans to buy one of these, but it doesn’t sound very compelling at this point.

We dont know since he never bothered to give us the cubic storage space with the 2nd row folded flat.

When driving, does it feel like you're sitting higher (like in an suv or minivan) or sitting lower like on a sedan?
So you promise to give size and dimensions yet you fail to mention one of the most inportant, the cubic feet storage area with the 2nd row seat flat. You dont even mention the cool flap that gives you more surface area once the from seats are moved forward.

You would be right to the car's roof if there is no moonroof. 6.2" is too big for this car. The front seat was pushed almost all the way to the back, and he said there was a lot of room in the car on the second row, this is not true.

What? No spare tire! Is Toyota becoming Apple like company by removing all the necessary items? So how do I manage with a flat tire in the middle of no ware?

Where do you get off stating the cargo space is largr than the Venza's? Signia - 25.cubic feet for the XLE. Venza - 28.8 cubic feet.
Too bad they didn't use the new Gen 5 hybrid power train like the new '25 Camry... It's much quieter and more powerful!
Love the car, hate the price. Hoping Toyota Canada gets lower trim models in the future. Not everyone wants big glass roofs and low profile tires.

You pay way more than a Venza for no reason. You get to crack your head getting into the lowered car and don't get rear tinted glass, swing and a miss toyota
I bought a 2024 Highlander xle I love everything about it except there is a horrible smell to my seats. When I get out of the car I stink and they told me to leave my windows open that has not helped. This is my first Toyota but no one should smell getting out of a new car!
My2021 RAV4 XSE had a barn yard smell but the seating was “soft tech “ not leather
Its to much money and the Venza was one of the best they have put out, my 2021 is much better.
Front head room is ok but not the back and it's not true you can get in and out easy as he said I tried to get in my head hit and no spare tire and too low for snow it's not worth the money and I think is not going to be a good selling car Venda much better and 8000$ cheaper
Oh! I forgot to mention that my Rav 4 Adventure Hybrid is from Japan. Concerning Toyota, I buy only Japanese ones.

Incredible ride, outstanding fuel economy and quality.
All new redesigned RAV4 to be announced in November far better option. $20,000 less. Exact same power and engine. Better fuel economy. And not grandmas station wagon.

But as a 42 year old dad I WANT a station wagon. Drag kids/ stuff inside and put the bike/boat on the roof.
Almost $60,000 Cdn. The price tag alone is insane. Yes, I have said all along no spare tire and no space for same. Venza has a spare tire and was thousands less from this piece of garbage.
I was at a ford dealership and a bronco sport was $46,000. For the mpg and features you get that is a complete rip off compared to this crown.
@@Tendertroll1 This is a parts bin vehicle , other then the body every thing else is taken from the parts bin. I would not pay what they want for this thing.
@@brianwhitney9181 the interior and stuff may be a parts bin but the cost was put into the rest of the vehicle- attention to detail, making it quieter, etc.
They didn’t spend money designing the parts and could therefore spend the money making a better car.

Not an appealing vehicle for practicalities! I better stay put with my 2022 Toyota hybrid Rav 4 Adventure as my Rav 4 is more practical, very fast, spacious, best gas mileage, very comfortable & allows me for off roading. This Signia is nothing near a Rav 4 and on top this tiny Signia is way too expensive. I can't act as a fool and allow myself to buy such a compact station wagon for such an exorbitant price. We need a vehicle that will give us everything for an affordable price. So, I'm sorry if an offending other when I say that this is nothing near my Rav 4 Hybrid Adventure. Guys, you want a powerful, robust, high fuel efficient, good for off roading, fast, capable of allowing you to bring loads or tons of stuffs, then take your hard-earned money & go for a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. Why the heck would Toyota want to bring such a vehicle when the Rav 4 is already out there? At times, technology just gets people crazy about wanting to buy a new product just because it's full of tech! Not all vehicles loaded with technology out there are worth your every penny. Beware, don't get into that trap. I didn't like Chinese vehicles as hearing people saying don't go for Chinese vehicles as they aren't worth & that got me very curious & this year, I bought myself the Haval H6 Hybrid. To my greatest surprise, it's a very reliable vehicle, high on fuel efficiency, very spacious interior, boot is cavernous & it's already 3 months since I bought it, I must say that I have started loving it as it's very practical, very smooth, fully loaded with new technologies but, I have still kept my Toyota Rav 4 Adventure Hybrid as it's a little bit smaller & my wife loves the Rav 4. So, I have got both the Chinese compact SUV and the Japanese compact SUV. If I compare both, I'll say that the Haval H6 is the winner as it's more sophisticated compared to the Rav 4, bigger with more cargo areas, plenty of leg rooms, no roaring sound when you press on the gas pedal compared to the Rav 4. It has everything to please you. It's now my daily driven car.
This vehicle is made in Japan. Most RAV4s today are not. But we have no idea of the utility since poster never bothered to give us interior storage space with seats folded down.
