What’s the movie Colombiana about?
At the age of nine, Cataleya Restrepo (Zoe Saldana from Avatar and Guardians of the Galaxy) sees her parents murdered by the right-hand man of a Colombian drug lord named Luis Sandoval (Beto Benites). She manages to escape and joins her uncle Emilio (Cliff Curtis from The Dark Horse), a gangster living in Chicago. He wants to keep Cataleya away from the crime world, but she is determined to become a professional killer. Her goal? To avenge her parents by finding their killer.
Fifteen years later, Cataleya, now 24 years old, has become a hitwoman for Emilio. She leaves behind each of her murders a drawing of a cattleya, a variety of orchid, on the body of the victims as a signature to trace Luis and finally get her revenge. At the same time, she is in a relationship with a young man, but she remains very secret about her professional life. One day, she finds the godfather who killed her parents. She will then have only one idea in mind, to make him pay for the death of her parents. Without knowing it, she is going to drag her uncle and her aunt into a spiral.

I love how the Casting for Cateleya and her Parents was spot on. :) Young Cateleya looked like Alicia and Fabio combined. Adult Cateleya looked like she was Alicia's Daughter :)

Critics also mentioned that... They said,"Marco says,"We need her alive!" And then he and his men shoot enough gunpowder into the storm drain where Cateleya ducked into to kill a bunch of grown men. Made no sense at all."

Baby Cataleya is the cutest adorable thing.
The young actress is brilliant and then as an adult the actress is brilliant as well.
A 9year old with pro parkour skills and the stamina of Floyd Mayweather, totally realistic

A fan of both movies years ago said that if Rue had Cateleya's Parkour and evasive skills, she would have won The Hunger Games." I beg to differ. The Arena in Hunger Games was a CLOSED area. Cateleya had the advantage of Borgata being a wide, open place. Rue would have eventually gotten killed even with Cateleya's Parkour and evasive skills since it was a CLOSED area. Rue MAY have survived if she found food and water and a hidden Cave and hid there until everybody else was dead but the Gamemakers most likely would have made the Cave start closing in on itself, forcing her out like a Hunger Games Fan pointed out on the old IMDb Messageboard to a Poster who asked why Tributes didn't hide in a cave for two weeks until everybody else was dead...
