Thank you for your time. I have a 2014 Cadillac XTS with every bell and whistle that is possible. My CUE doesn't resemble this. Considerable changes were made the following years. I found bthe CUE is probably the biggest issue for Cadillac. I'm currently in the process of replacing my CUE. 😢
I have an ATS with CUE....had it about a couple weeks; it's improved greatly since I first test drove one a couple months ago. Extremely responsive and I had no crashes whatsoever...only problem I have is trying to figure out playlists on thumb drive...
I loved CUE when I used it, worked fantastic, especially the voice commands. I have a Benz, Command sucks.
Yeah....COMAND sucks

Cadillac has an abysmal reliability record. Owners get ready for system failures, breakdowns, expensive repairs, and inconveniences.
You just described my last two years and upcoming year!
Had to replace my cue 500 dollars unimpressed.
These touch sensitive buttons are the worst idea since i-Drive.
I personally believe the Ford SYNC system is more refined compared to this vehicle. But as is the case with all these systems, you MUST be patient with them. I've come to find that in every one of these systems that you can't rush the use of the features, just as you can't with any touchscreen device. Just by looking at this review I can tell this gentlemen is too impatient and imprecise with the touch-sensitive buttons.
I have a 2014 SRX. the only problemsi've had are with the cue. Replaced it once already.
freezes for no reason. uncommanded shifts into edit mode. slides from side to side. a distraction while driving. a safety factor. car iin wrong position. one day in middle of atlantic. next day shows only two blocks. when frozen; no access to sound system,climate control, and of course any apps.
while I like the car, I will never buy/lease another car with CUE
