You can see who the second pair of shirts is from. Name of the company is fully visible on the leaflet. Casual mistake? 😜
Used to do a monthly mystery shirt box. Got a load of weird teams. Got a lot of Macron. Eventually found out that all shirts were £20 on CFS compared to the £34.99 I was paying and realised I was getting ripped off.

CFS are a little over priced with some shirts. I saw Hashtag United shirts going for £40 when they were £25 on their official store.
u can always find the shirt u pull for much cheaper, it’s more about the suspense and the fun of seeing what u pull

As a normal customer I would be buzzing with a Doncaster 19/20 shirt.
The away shirt was class that season
I’ve got home and away shirt from that season
20/21 shirts looked better imo but that season was an absolute pain to go through so they're not exactly associated with the best memories
Honestly, I think out of these the result is inconclusive at least for the way you did it. That's 4 decent shirts, but even the best shirt (the Milan shirt) has the wrong print style on the back which knocks it down (especially if you're sending to someone who has a following could notice). It wasn't a ridiculous difference between the two. The last two I'd say are similar levels.
I think it would be completely different if the company came to you for advertisement instead of this way around.
The Milan one was initially for sale on my site at £39.99 due to the wrong print. I always look for a shirt that I would be happy to get for £34.99 to put in the vintage mystery boxes.

Honestly, this was an interesting experiment. The shirts received (aside from the first ones... DANG CROOK) were great. And to answer that, honestly I would not be mad at all if I got the Spain 04 kit in a mystery box (then again I don't have a kit to my name lmao).

I've found reaching out to others in the collecting community to buy a shirt for me based on a set of criteria is far more exciting - you know they will spend the money in a good way and generally means you can retain a little bit of control over what you get. It's also fun for them!

To be fair I would take the Spain 04 over the AC Milan shirt, however, the AC Milan is a bit better look-wise. I would definitely say that both are good pulls. The Germany shirt is pretty sick and the Palermo one looks better. All of the 4 kits are very good in my opinion tho, some neat pulls.

Ive been watching your videos for about a year now, and i just want to tell you that your videos are so enjoyable
I think the two sellers (that isn’t a crook) are definitely doing a very good job, normally you’d get some lower league shirt from CFS for so cheap but they’ve done quite well. I think I’d personally buy one box just for the sake of it (from someone that isn’t a fraud), but it’s not something I’d be looking to make money on, nor get a specific shirt. Fantastic video once again, cannot wait to see what’s next in store 🙌

Another great video Elis, just comes to show that you need to take eBay with a pinch of salt with the vast amount of sellers that are on there, until you get what you have ordered from them in your hands determines weather you’ve done really well or received an absolute stinker cause 99.9% your just going by what you see in the pictures. Looking forward to the next video 👍🏼😃

Honestly considering 2004 might have been the first year that Spain was out of the banter era a bit (they were in the same group as Greece and Portugal who ended up being the final and in 2006 Spain thrashed their group and got pretty damn unfortunate to have to play against France, of course 2002 Spain was also really unlucky) I think the Spain kit is actually really cool

For sneaker mystery boxes the typical thing now is if they send you 10 pairs of sneakers, there will be 1 really good pair you might want, but can be hard to sell be cause the expensive stuff has fewer buyers and 9 pairs of crap that technically put the value over what you paid, but almost nobody will want to buy.
So the listed value might be fine on paper but it's just a way for them to get rid of stuff they couldn't sell otherwise.

No it’s a cheap generic style number (extremely common on shirts of that era bought in local independent sports shops)

of course you'll get better shirt if you tell any company that you'll review their products on youtube especially knowing your channel, every company will make sure you get the best product (not only mystery box) love your channel and enjoyed this video but i think you already made your conclusion before the experiment :)
I like the idea of mystery boxes only off reliable companies though but as long you get something cool looking I’d be buzzing

If I was a seller/shop and a “influencer” messaged me saying they were going to buy something and open on their channel, I would send them something shit, cause “influencers” are awful.
Me and my dad like Getting unique shirts we aren't collectors but my dad gets mistery boxes to get stuff he wouldn't buy otherwise. He also got a lovely Roma shirt. Great vid elis as usual

I think it depends what you want from the mystery box a nice shirt or profit if your an average person you most likely wont make profit but can still get a nice shirt but influencers who are promoting them definitely would imo

Liked and subbed.. Knew this was a scam.. Bought 3 in the past and got absolutely nothing and watched 2 youtubers pull a retro Bayern and a literal Liverpool Champions League signed shirt..
I mean, if you were a mystery box seller and a large influencer said they were buying one then obviously you’d send him a better one
Another tip on figuring out fake adidas shirts is for anything supposed to be new or recent. The barcode label won't be attached with plastic it will have a twine type rope as part of they're recycling and environmental campaign.

Ellis please do this experiment on Football Shirt companies, instead of Ebay listings. I feel like the companies with higher reputations and influencers tied to their companies have more to gain from sending you nicer shirts, and more to lose when comparing them to Mikey, who will probably just get shirts from the CFS sale section. I think that would be more telling than just doing individual Ebay sellers
