I am Lithuanian, and thrifted (mostly) a collection of around 500 footy shirts. It is not that bad, it used to be much better though before ppl started to care about second hand footy shirts:) if you are ever coming back, shoot me a message, i can show you around
Wow, wasn't expecting this episode! Im from Lithuania and i started football shirting because of your videos, and in Vilnius thrift shops in the last month I've found a 2002 Wilstermann home shirt, Rosenborg 2019/20 away shirt a name set, an everton 19/20 training kit, and yesterday i foundEverton home 2012/13 with Coleman on the back, and Leeds home from 2015/16 with Sol Bamba on the back which you would have especially liked i would guess 😅. So cool that you did an episode here so thanks for that, there's not much football related stuff so this was cool!
Fellow lithuanian shirt hunter here, I also have found some nice ones. The best one is probably evertons amber shirt from 2020-2021. I also found germany 2010 wc with lahm on the back, a sweden 2005-06 home shirt and a few more
imagine being a lithuanian kid born in 97' and trying to find football stuff in the mid 00's - it was shocking. however, somehow i managed to digup a battered pair of original t90's in a second hand shop although a stud missing it was something. having moved away in around 08 its so wild to see that it looks like almost nothing has changed
I'm Lithuanian , and i hope football gets more popular from your videos , I really dont like basketball as much as football , may it soon take over basketball :) Thank you for your video!
SANTOS JERSEY! Awesome find mate! Me as a Santos fan here from Brazil would never think that a travel shirt from 2016 could be found in a thrift shop somewher in lituania! Pretty crazy! One love from the fan os the biggest club in Brazil, the one and only that will always be respected abroad because of Pelé and Neymar!
Would be interesting to see how successful you would be in a country like New Zealand. the best city for it would be wellington as we have the only professional team in the country but it would probably still be one of the hardest for second hand finds
Lithuanians living in Britain are one of the driving forces trying to make basketball more popular among the British! I know of Lithuanians that import basketball wear and training equipment because the Brit businesses won't do it 🙄😆
This is also the same situation in my country (Philippines) since the most popular sport is basketball, it’s very hard to find football jerseys in stores
As a Lithuanian last week I went to humana and found a Valencia 2005 3rd shirt with Vicente #14 on the back for 2€!!!!!! I love that my country hates football, so easy to find good shirts
Hey Ellis, I was just wondering if u knew any other sites that sell real and cheap-ish retro football shirts, I have watched ur video where you talked about where to get cheap shirts but unfortunately the sites mentioned in that video do not have the shirts I’m looking for. Loving the content
recently i was in france in a little town called lannion about an hour away from brest and there was a shop called mic mac which sold some amazing shirts for amazingly cheap
Great video Ellis! I would like if you came to do a video in Israel, probably more specific in Tel Aviv, the markets here have loads of shirts, some fake some real, and sometimes there are thrifts where you can find many good things. Also the football culture in Israel is very unique and underrated, would like for you to come and I can even help you with your search!!
The SV Oggelsbeuren Shirt was totally random. As a german I never heard of that club and googled it, seems like its a little village club south of Stuttgart. I really wonder, how that shirt ended up in Lithuania.😂
good stuff ! how about a Montenegro edition?! I have a house there too at the sea and i know, they have some interesting stuff around, but its still tricky to strike something good. Greeting from Berlin
On your shirt hunting you should add club shop(s) to the list. Obviously it’s a given you find them there but still pretty cool spots to go check out clubs. Maybe the smaller clubs in the town not the big clubs?
im in the US and Dick sporting goods has a section dedicated to Futbol shirts. my local one had the new 23 kits for Liverpool, United, Tottenham, Bayern, Barca, PSG, and Real Madrid. The Dick's Sporting GoodOutlet had shirts so obscure. picked up a Defence Force S.C shirt who are from the Ethiopian Premier League. Picked up Spain National Team Jacket here too. You can definitely find futbol shirts in the States.
i'd love to see you try Estonia, it's a bit like finland and lithuania, i think it would be hard because they only really have one big stadium and like lithuania the most popular sport is basketball
I’m going to Tunisia soon and am going to give it a try there, see if I can get my hands on a retro club shirt as I’m sure very little people have one over in the UK, and it would be such a cool thing to own
There is a store that sells the national team home and away shirt for $50 right by the cathedral. Regret not buying one when I was there but will be putting that right when I go back in October
i 'm waiting for the morocco's football shirt hunting but firstlly in morocco to find the original jerseys , you must go to same places called ''jotia' where you can hunt a laugh of rare football jerseys with the cheapest prices
16:32 this is the weirdest thing, Hummel is the technical sponsor of Lithuanian national team, and you found nothing. Literally they don't care about football 😐
I never understood the excitement over a jersey from a big club like Barca or Real there freaking everywhere. I would rather have that Santos jersey/shirt than all of the others...
I would like to see you try in Finland. I'm from Finland and it's pretty hard to find football shirts in Finland because icehockey is the mainsport here.
You should go to Marrakesh, Morocco. It’s ridiculous how many shirts you can find there. When I was there, there were loads of stands with dudes screaming and stuff, it’s actually hilarious. Downside is that they’re like fully fake, but I know there’s a few shopping centres outside the city where you can find legit one’s I think.
It’s a nightmare here to find any football shirts. I spent a month looking for the National team jersey. Finally found it in a gift store! They just don’t care about football. Basketball, Ice Hockey & MMA are the National sports 🇱🇹
Lived there for a semester and trust me, I tried really hard and couldn't find ANYTHING. Football shirts on vinted were very cheap tho and I did buy an official Lithuania national team shirt for just 50€ in a souvenir shop
"we hunt for rare football shirts" *turns down all the rare small club shirts and training shirts to buy an inter jacket, a spurs hoodie and a barca shirt XD Santos shirt was a good buy I suppose
Bro, try it in Montenegro. I was there 2 weeks ago and tried to find a shirt.. no chance at all.. I even went to the stadium of Arsenal Tivat (if you want to call it stadium) .. no fanshop or something. Only chance is in the capital Podgorica I guess 😀
14:38 You realy have to take some shirts. Its a German Club in hm i would say 12. league so lowest of them all but so nice to find a shirt from there. eaven in germany you find such a shirt realy rare. I would Pay you if i could get some of this shirts you sometimes see
As a European I love football. But since I was 6 years old my favorite sport is basketball. All thanks to the original Space Jam movie. I didn't like football till I was 12. So I definitely need to go to Lithuania as soon as I can.
I thought the same thing lmao i got a Vince Carter one for like $150 at Champs I was shocked when I saw the price because I never get Mitchell and Ness jerseys since they’re so much usually
In the baltics, all the sports shops are streamlined and just offer bland products, at best you can maybe get the national football shirt somewhere. Stadiums would be your best bet probably
Ellis would be on the moon and still find a Dortmund blackout kit there😅
😂😂😂
Today!!! We are going to find a shirt in a place with no human civilisation… not even a Humana
Today I feel...... Martian
Ed is a huge addition to the series.. He's actually funny asf 😂
Phenomenal combo 💯
He has his own channel

Yeah, very tough to find!
i love thrift store shopping.its like fishing....absolute crap for ages then every now and again a gem. Its the not knowing that keeps you looking!
It quickly became Europe’s softest country once Ellis stepped foot in it
Hahahahahaha

Lithuanians living in Britain are one of the driving forces trying to make basketball more popular among the British! I know of Lithuanians that import basketball wear and training equipment because the Brit businesses won't do it 🙄😆
Rugby and cricket are very popular (and also motorsports)
11:19 FC Baden? That is a nice find outside the Swiss
As a Leeds fan seeing the Speed turtle top brought you luck on your shirt journey, Gary helped you 🫡
Always a good day when Claire uploads🎉

i have seen that shirt in Kaunas, it is fake, unfortunately:)
Ed’s face when he showed the Netherlands shirt is class
Superbly edited video, very enjoyable to watch. Unlucky on the finds out there, always going to be tough.
Glad you enjoyed it!
On the Isle of Wight there is a retro football shirt shop so many bargains maybe come down here for a video lots or Charity shops also 😅

Love your content. Interesting that some countries in Europe aren’t football mad.
That Barca shirt is one of my wish list jerseys. So lucky bro, great find 👍👍

A Celtic top in Adidas is unreal 🤣
The best series is back! That Spurs jacket is lovely
The Santos one is the best IMO.
You need to go to the Greek National Football Museum in Chania, Crete!
hope you are doing ok ellis ❤️
You have to go Turkey for a football shirt hunting episode, Istanbul preferably
Good luck Ellis I struggle to find football shirts in England let alone well Lithuania!
