Renting a Motorbike in District 1 Ho Chi Minh City

- In this video I walk from my place in Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to Pham Ngu Lao Ward in Saigon. Once in Pham Ngu Lao I rent a motorbike from a good friend named Bao who runs a motorbike rental shop. His shop is called:

This video gives you a little glimpse into my new neighborhood and also shows you where to find motorbike rentals in the southern metropolis of Vietnam. If you are a tourist or staying here long term in Vietnam, renting or buying a motorbike is a great idea. It's a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

Yamaha Nouvo. I’ve since upgraded to a different nouvo for 1.2M that is much better

no, that's just the maximum cc to legally drive without a drivers license

The owner and I have known each other for a while and we do right by each other. Most people without any relationship to the owner should expect to make some sort of deposit or leave their Passport/IDs
