I've never done a full loop and I'm not sure if it matters. It's probably better to plan around their wet season.
You said if police stop they might want to see your international driver license does it has to be motorcycle license or just your regular one for driving a car in the states? How does that work?
Normally your IDL will reflect whatever license you have back home. So if you have a motorcycle license at home, then it would show
