  • The Polish Angel Correction System consists of 3 products. The Master Compound. For removing the heavy defects. The Master Final Polish II. For picking up where the compound left off. And finally...the Esclate Lotion used to prep the surface for some type of protection. This video demonstrated all three individually...with plenty of details to go with!!

      Apex Detail no offense but thats a brand new truck i dont think the paint is that bad.why not try those products on older cars with real damage on the paint and see the results.

    Excited to finally do my weekend toy with the Polish Angel correction system. All three of these, then sealed with Master Sealant. My rims being polished to perfection and sealed in with Polish Angel "Supersports" spray sealant for wheels. Glass compounded and coated and then maintained with Polish Angel DIVER. You are exactly right though Brian about this product being more of an enthusiast product line. I would never use the products on my daily drivers but absolutely LOVE them on my "man toy" occasionally only car. For the correction liquids, I only bought the 50ml bottles of product which was perfect for such a small car. That way I can get fresh product whenever I do a correction down the road and I don't have a lot of excess product sitting in a bottle for years on end. Plus it didn't "hurt" as bad price wise for me buying the absolute smallest bottle available. Got the slightly larger bottles of Supersports and Diver as I'll use those a more often than the correcting liquids.

    I love my PA products. I use a lot of the Cosmic Spritz which I love. It gives incredible water behaviour. The only draw back is the sprayers will start to leak over time. Quick swap with a new sprayer and good to go.
    Another epic video my friend. ❤️

    I enjoy using master compound so much, the smell, the working time, the zero dust, I actually use it more like a medium polish on a rupes yellow pad, than as an actual compound - then go to a finishing polish on rupes white pad

    Brian great video as always. After compounding and/or polishing (and you don`t go for further jewelling) do you just use a prep spray to prepare the surface for protection?, or do you always use a cleaner polish? Thanks Brian

    Another great video Brian, I was wondering why you & some of the other detailers on the tube don't use pad lube sprays like chemical guys, 3D 503 and/or distilled water like some of the other detailers do use. Do they help or are they unnecessary? Optimum has a compound & polish that come in spray bottles. They are supposed to stop or reduce paint marring. I noticed you don't seem to have issues but was wondering if you would recommend them or just a waste of money. Please let me know when you get a chance. Thanks, Vince.

    Curious how the Polish Angel Esclate finish compares to a CarPro Essence with a gloss pad ?

    • @apexdetail85
      @apexdetail85  6 років тому +1

      It is a bit different. you have to be quick with Escalate...or it will flash.

      Would there be any benefit to using Escalate followed by Essence? I'm curious on my own personal vehicles to get the most out of the process and like your opinion.

    Gorgeous job. Can't wait to see the head to head compound video!
    Also what would you recommend as a dedicated high gloss finish polish? Something that doesn't cut super deep if I'm trying to save clear coat or want to try to improve on a job done with sonax perfect finish. Heard griots perfecting creme is a good choice. Although so far PF has been amazing enough haha

    • @groundcontrol6876
      @groundcontrol6876 6 років тому +1

      TJ P you probably won’t be able to tell the difference between SPF and a quality finishing polish. The thing is SPF finishes to a very high gloss. You could try out a ceramic infused “primer polish” like CarPro Essence. It contains SiO2 so it’ll add some gloss and leave some protection behind. If they sell the Puris line of products in your area, give their “Caliber” primer polish a try. I used it on a Tundra with metallic paint, and when I took it outside to look for any smears I might have left over from the topper spray sealant I had just applied, I was perplexed because the paint was full of dust... only it wasn’t dust, it was the golden flakes POPPING so much. That definitely wowed me. (The paint had a blend of flakes that were tones of blue and others gold-ish.)

    • @apexdetail85
      @apexdetail85  6 років тому +1

      Angelwax Perfect Polish will take you a step further than SPF.
