technically it's impossible for germany to win a conventional war against france. Belgium and The Netherland have a more or less similar army so the war would be kept to the border and both forces would not be able to make much progress. However, France would have a very easy time against Germany. Why? because the French army is superior in number and has more troops stationned on its Eastern borders. France would, in a month or two, be able to occupy the entiriety of the West bank of the Rhine after some intense fighting and huge number of casualties on both side (even though Germany would probably lose a higher number of soldier and military equipment). France would thus have control over the most industrialised area of Germany. Germany will not have any chance to win back its land due to the Rhine River blocking any German advance. After a couple of month, Germany will suffer an economical crisis and will probably sue for peace. And if it decides not to, France would cross the Rhine River and invade a weaken Germany. France will suffer a very number of casualties and it will take some time for the French to reach Berlin due to the numerous rivers covering Germany. After such a defeat and the French threatening to take even more land into their Homeland, Germany will surrender. I may also add that the Dassaut Rafale has been profen to be a very good multirole aircraft and the thing that the Rafale lacks compared to the F35 or F22 is stealth.
