As far as the Austrian investigations on Serbian soil, I think it was reasonable; in Christoper Clark’s Sleepwalkers, he points out that 30% of the Serbian government had some affiliation with the black hand.

Austria-Hungary declared war on the 28 of July followed by the German Reich declaring war on Russia on the first of August and Belgium and France on the third of August. Russia also only got involved because they started mobilizing, same with the French. It was an entertaining video though :)
