- In this video, I'm going to review my trip with Singapore Airlines SQ285 from Singapore (SIN) to Auckland (AKL). This flight is operated by B777-312ER, registration no 9V-SWI with Star Alliance Livery.
Singapore Airlines, a truly 5-star airline. It's a 10-hour journey and I don't even feel fatigued after the flight. Cabin crew are so friendly and they pay attention to small details to ensure every passenger's need. Singapore Airlines is one of the few airlines that still provides hot towels service in economy class. Their seats in economy class is configured in 3-3-3, which ensure passengers to be able to enjoy extra space as well as comfort. Special credit to the new cabin crew (Miss何) for doing a wonderful job though she is just a new crew. Leading stewardess and Chief steward are so attentive. SQ is my most favorite airline. I rode their B777, B787 and A350. Cabin Service is the best always.
On a three hour flight, I can seat on window seat on economy class. On 3 hours and above flights...i would go to aisle seat.
JESI EMMANUEL BUENSUCESO *Hi-5* I would go for aisle seat too if it's a long flight though window seat, I can have better filming (departure n landing)
I tried all their aircraft types and I think my favourite is still their A350
I also love Singapore airline 💕 The seat is so comfortable .

Thanks for the review of SIA economy class Dragflyer. They still maintain a standard of service in the economy cabin that is a level above most other airlines, and I felt the crew were particularly friendly on this flight.

Most airlines make their economy as uncomfortable as possible, but not SIA, it looks very decent, even have menu! A lot of airlines can learn from them.

One of the most friendliest crew you’ll ever see. Minor airline companies such as Air India and Sri Lankan Airlines should learn at least to talk to passengers from such great airlines. Singapore airlines: You are the Best!!!!

I flew SQ very frequently before covid, but I don't think I have ever uploaded any videos although I took them each flight. I am surprised they are very friendly with you taking videos of them (any airline). I am often told to switch off my camera in the plane, but maybe because I usually film with my phone and not a proper camera.
SQ cabin crew are very friendly and down to earth. Whenever I film and walk down the aisle, I try to smile to them or greet them too. Even Russian airlines, Aeroflot, its people are so "cool" and don't smile much, I never had any issue when they found out that I was filming. I'm so glad.
I've flown that route with Singapore Airways in Economy before, enjoyed the flight.
Have a trip booked for January 2023 on the same route with Singapore Airways though this time in Premium Economy, it'll be interesting to compare the experience.
With any luck the trip after that will be Business Class if the wallet allows.

You made SIA's flight look good. Except your knees were so close to the magazine pocket!! 😵 How cramped was it actually? Especially toward the end of the flight....😭
Hi Kathy. The legroom is actually quite good (I'm 176cm tall). There are pillow and blanket behind my back, I forgot to put it on my neighbour's seat for a while when I filmed. I should have mentioned it in the video actually. Sorry about that.
@@Dragflyer9669 That's a relief to know. 👍 I couldn't imagine how they could do everything else right but forget the primary thing : legroom! You know, I can actually live without a hot towel, but not with deep vein thrombosis. 😉

Keat yap I don't know much about android but you can try "Video Maker". My Raddison Blu Fiji Resort & Spa's video was edited using that app. I think it's quite "okay"
