I've been watching a few of your videos. And have been deep down this rabbit hole of self evaluation for several years now. And the more i learn the more questions I have. Just recently Ive gotten to a place where I can't download any more information so to speak, its action time. Lol. And I feel as though my guidance system is really pointing to inner child work/shadow work. I feel if the healing begins with these other parts of me, then everything else just really would fall into place effortlessly.
Itd be helpful to many, not just myself if you do maybe a series of videos just on inner child/shadow work.
You're doing an awesome job btw, with each video I've walked away with another piece "to my puzzle" 💫

That’s was just amazing! I felt when I was breathing in not only was my heart chakra filling with golden light but I felt energy going straight through all chakras straight down into the crystalline core of Gaia/Mother Earth and as I exhaled the energy shot out from my heart chakra also flowing crystalline energy came flowing up and out my heart chakra along with major tingling in my crown and hands and feet just amazing my vibration is very high right now ty Aaron you have an amazing gift with guiding meditations🙏✝️👼❤️💫⭐️

Dear Aaron, first of all, thank you for all your teachings and guidance. I have one question that I would like to ask you for some time now and I do not how to ask this. I hope you have the time to formulate an answer. How can we free the mind and the soul from the horrible pain caused by loosing a child? How can a (spiritual) human being , witnessing the death of his child by hanging or execution, not become vengeful, not become hateful ? How do we heal this kind pain and suffering? What would your advise be as a spiritual guide and teacher? Wether there is an answer or not, I Thank you, and I salute you with the love and light of the infinite creator. You are truly a wonderful person.

The words “I AM love. I AM life.”
Came to me, and I meditated on that phrase with the visualization you suggested of the heart FILLING with love, and then opening its doors back to give life to all.
