It is really loving awareness as I reunited again with the ancient people beneath. Truly loving ancient people of the same robes and everything in them is ancient and even the place like a synagogue is ancient but inside is richly blessed. I love the way they are, living in harmony with one another. Their gestures are a perfect sense of humility. How wonderful to live in there but the body can't follow. I am loving awareness. Lovingly aware there is Life beneath ,I don't understand but remained trusting in God regardless of it all.
I ended up in tears, this is one of the most powerful meditations I've ever done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I find myself in cascades of tears to so many of your meditations Brian. This time just towards the end (‘I am loving awareness. I am God’…from my heart). I find it bewildering that just as I entered into a new dimension of true love from within with daily and constant affirmations and meditations (like the blossoming of years of conscious self-discovery, growth and healing), after one month, I found myself becoming caved up in my home for a month and down with the heaviest flu I’ve ever had in my entire life. And I’ve let it be…mostly even welcomed it..still wondered if it’s my subconscious or higher self that brought this flu about so that I keep with the work even when I have little energy…to say ‘I am healthy’ ‘I am beautiful’ ‘I am strong’ when I feel anything but. To persist…yes to persist and in the truth. Just like I am loving awareness🙏🏼✨🦋🤍
