    Surely it dries out ?

Surely with no preparation of the surfaces prior to application when this coating is dry and hard it will peel off in sheets and end up a right mess.
If it can be removed whilst wet with white spirit and is tinted sounds like a very expensive varnish to me.
I'd love to know what other people's thoughts are on this product. As it appears to good to be true so usually is.

Thanks for your comment! The product is not tinted and does not need to be removed with white spirit. Owatrol Gelcoat Restorer penetrates the substrate of your gelcoat, re-wetting the pigments and restoring the colour. It also protects the substrate without needing any additional coatings. After application, and allowing the product to penetrate the surface, you wipe off any excess and therefore there isn't an additional coating to peel off.

What removes the traces of rust, is the steel wool - come on!

This is put on too thick and will start peeling! Do it as it says on the tin, and in my video here ... ua-cam.com/video/Kb0Gmr4EJoI/v-deo.html

Thanks for your comment Hugo. As long as you wipe the excess off, as shown in the video, then the Marine Gelcoat Restorer will penetrate the surface and not form a film and peel
