Relocate your coils to the firewall, then you can get plug wires away from the headers. I run the same type of headers and it's easier to go from the bottom side of the headers with the plug wires
You guys remind me of myself when I was a younger man. I had spent every penny I owned on motors and truck builds. Lots of beer and garage nights with my buddies. Until my wife gave me an ultimatum. Heck yeah my ex wife is gone made me sell my last foxbody so as a divorce present to myself I bought another one and told my gf she will go before it does but she loves cars. She’s getting a nova ss so I think we’re good.
On Holley's Version 6, or an earlier version? Maybe the file/software is bad. Also, those damn Up and Forward headers... may have to use coil relocation brackets and a jumper harness to move the plug wires to down and under. I have also gotten by with an array of junkyard 4.3 plug wires in longer lengths.
We are using version 6… I was over the other day and Blake said he finally made a good full pull with the new plug wires! The headers really are a huge pain… he also said that if he could do it over he would just use the newer truck manifolds lol. We have talked about doing coil relocation, and it may come down to that if we keep having issues!

Did you get this fixed? It might be spark cut, check the 2d tables for a fuel pressure safety table. Either turn it off or adjust the parameters. Something to check.
Thanks for the input man! Anything helps! I have not got it fixed yet. I did my first data log today and my buddy and I are going to take a look at it over the weekend. I’ll refer back to what you suggested! I do believe that all the safeties are off tho. And it still does it even with the charge pipe off… we have done data logs in the past and there are no cuts shown…
Glad you like the truck. It was a friend of mines, and he sold it shortly after this video. He never 100% figured out his problem, but after having the same issues with my c10, we’ve came to the conclusion that it’s all in the tune. Since this truck was never professionally tuned, it’s full capabilities were never shown. I miss this truck for sure!
Yes we have verified that fuel pressure is staying up under boost. It has a boost reference regulator also so as the boost goes up the fuel pressure goes up 1:1
