      According to their website, as a tourist, you can stay for a maximum of 180 days at a time in the country. I hope that helps!

    Hi, I am an Iranian passport holder I have a graduate UK visa (temporary residency), I also have a type C multi-entry Schengen visa from France (issued for 3 months, but will be valid for my entire stay in Mexico.) Can I travel to Mexico visa free from the UK with my Schengen visa?

      Hi Sadaf! You are correct! With either of those 2 visas that you hold, you will be able to travel to Mexico (without the need to apply for a separate visa) so long as the visa you choose to use remains valid during the length of your trip in Mexico. I hope that helps!

    Hi I am a Ghanaian living on Graduate visa in the UK, I also hold a USA B1/B2 visa, can I visit Mexico with this or I need to apply for a visa.? Thanks in advance

      Hi @DanielAnsah According to the Mexican Government's Immigration website, although you may have a passport from Ghana, because you also hold a current VISA from the UK and/or the US, you are allowed to travel to Mexico VISA-free for as long as either of those VISAs remain valid. Here is the website reference (also in the description portion of the video): www.inm.gob.mx/gobmx/word/index.php/paises-requieren-visa-para-mexico/
      I hope that helps!

    Hi I’m Australian currently visiting my girlfriend in February of this year in Mexico. Does that mean I will not need a visa for entry or stay also? I will be with her for a month.

      Hi Joel! That is correct; as an Australian passport-holder, you will not need a visa to enter Mexico and can stay for up to a maximum of 180 days at a time, if granted upon entry. I hope that helps!

      @MixedinMexico  10 місяців тому

      Hi @dilawarbhatti5574 Depending on your primary citizenship, you would start by making an appointment at your local/preferred Mexican Consulate and bring along all the needed paperwork that your office requires.

    Hi, Madam, I'm a foreign student in Italy and I have a residence permit, I'm planning to visit Mexico as a tourist in this summer. Can I apply Mexico tourist Visa with my Italian permit of residence?

      @MixedinMexico  Рік тому

      Hi Abaa! I don't have enough information to answer that question confidently and I don't want to provide the wrong information. My best piece of advice would be to contact the local Mexican Embassy or Consulate in Italy where you are located. I was able to find both offices' telephone numbers and emails on the site below. I hope this helps!

    Does cruising to Mexico requires a visa ?

    • @MixedinMexico
      @MixedinMexico  Рік тому

      Most commonly, the answer is no. It may depend on if you intend to travel around Mexico at your port city for an extended amount of time, however. According to their government's website (link below, last bulleted point) the answer should be no though. Maybe double check with your cruiseline to confirm? consulmex.sre.gob.mx/washington/index.php/ligavisos/15-informacion/182-visas-english#:~:text=A%20foreigner%20of%20any%20country,expired%20passport%20or%20travel%20document.

      Hi! If your home country is among the list of countries that require a VISA for entry into Mexico, your next step would be to make a VISA appointment at your preferred Mexican Consulate Office. This video may prove helpful:

    May i ask which type of Visa application did you use . I'm married to a Mexican citizen, so would it be through Family unity , but that application I fill out in Mexico, correct ? Do I fill out the permanent residence application if I'm moving indefinitely ?
    Thanks

    • @MixedinMexico
      @MixedinMexico  Рік тому +1

      Hey Maritza! It all depends on which INM office you go to in Mexico. Technically [being married to a Mexican Citizen] you qualify for permanent residency automatically but my particular office said they required temporary residency first for a minimum of 2 years. I will link [below] the tramite/application I filled out, if it helps. I just recently got my permanent residency, and I'll be making a video explaining the entire process for me; you may also find that helpful! Great question though!

      @@MixedinMexicoThank you for your immediate response back to me. I really appreciate it. I was told by a Immigration Attorney that I can enter MEXICO with an FMM then have my husband go to INM and apply on my behalf a Unidad Familiar. Does that sound about right ? Also , did you an Apostille passport with you into Mexico passport ?
      Thanks again. I saw all of your videos. 😊
