I did mine process at Guadalajara couple of years back, and I line up outside the building, then line up outside the office, then line up inside the office to get to the counter, 3 lines from 5am to 11am, to get an appointment.😊
😂 Isn't it funny how many lines you find yourself in, in Mexico? My husband and I have a running joke that I just LOVE lines. I'm at a point where now if we're driving/walking somewhere, and I see a long line; I automatically feel like I need to be in that line. 😆 Does that make me crazy?
My temp is up in June. I was just looking at my temporary card's expiration date last night and was wondering what to do next. Thank you so much! You make things so clear. You are a great teacher, so clear and organized. Are you a teacher in your daily life?
Thank you for the compliment! 😊 I do actually quite enjoy teaching, although it's not my profession by trade. & that's exciting. June, huh? Let us know how your renewal process goes! We're rooting for you. I'm here of course if you have any questions along the way. Are you renewing for 4 more years of temporary residency or switching to permanent?
@@MixedinMexico 🥰 With your help I am confident it will, just like the last time. Your wisdom and advice is perfection! Note to self...bring blue pen 🤣
Hi :) I was watching your appointment video for Mexican visa (I’m Mexican) the thing is that I have doubts or issues to get an appointment for my gf who lives in Taiwan and she wants to come on may. Could you help me with that please? :( it’s really important and I’m desperate at this point.
Hi Christopher. You will need a passport to enter the country. In the past, visiting Mexico with just a driver’s license or birth certificate was possible. However, in 2009, the U.S. Department of State implemented the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), which requires all U.S. citizens and legal residents to present a valid passport when entering or re-entering the United States from Mexico by land, sea, or air. I hope that helps!
Congratulations on becoming a permanent resident! Love your videos.
Thanks so much! 😊
I love your videos, very informative and not egotistical lol...
Thank you very much. That was a very sincere compliment; I appreciate it.
Awesome! I have just paid for my last three years of residency and didn’t have to marry anyone!
🥳 Congratulations!!! That's awesome!!! We're so happy for you!!! 🎉

Hi @maplelavigne Sorry to hear that. Which Consulates have you tried to secure her an appointment at?
Hello I have a question about how far can I travel into Mexico without a US passport
