please tell me ... at approximately 2:25 minutes ... what is the name of the attachment and grit that was used to clean the hub surface where the rotor will sit ?
Do you have a video on how to jack up the rear of the xb so both tires are up with the jack? My STI I lift it from the diff no problem but the box it’s front wheel so I don’t want to lift it from the center because it could bend. I understand the pinch welds under the driver and passenger rear doors but that doesn’t give you a spot to place a jack stand. I’ve been using my scissor jack with the impact attachment because it holds like a jack stand but I still want to use a stand anyway. Thanks for any info and I’ve been watching all your videos even though I don’t have those repairs it’s still just interesting to watch
I watched several of these videos yours was the best one so far...👍... Couple questions if you don't mind? Do I need to buy fish oil or wd40 for anything? Or just use brake cleaner? And is there any reason I would need to bleed the brakes with another person? Thanks
Anything abrasive, wire wheel on a drill works well since there are so many size and shape options. If you have an angle grinder you can get wire wheels for that too, but just make sure you don't work any spot for too long since it's a lot stronger

Thanks Great video. One question when tighten the 12mm bolts the caliper pin bolts spin too. Why your not and didn't use impact wrench.
Great Tutorial. However, a slotted/drilled brake rotor on a Scion xB with stock steel wheels? :)

wow very thorough! I have to be better when changing my brakes. I just take them off and put the news one on. oops lol

Do you have a shorter video, without all Caliper Change? Some of us do bare minimum.
Awesome 👏🏻
Thanks !
Something about how rusty it is is bothering me , if mine is that rusty can i clean it with something?

Can i use regular anti sieze instead of copper anti seize?
I have you don’t have to put anything it just prevents rust. Many mechanics use fluid film or grease
R caliper grease the same as brake grease?
Jesus! Why are all your vehicles so saturated with rust?! 😑
