how long did you knead the dough? till today, I realise that kneading by hand takes me totally 4 hours to make this brochie, including kneading and waiting huhu
Reminds me of days when I was young & the best place to be was in the kitchen while my mom cooked. She made everything look so easy. I love how gentle you are with the dough. And how this messy sticky thing is transformed into a soft beautiful loaf of bread.
I made this bread twice already and some of your other recipes too. It all turned out wonderfully, but one of the pizzas and this bread is my favorite. My two year old daughter loves it and usually eats it when it's still warm. Thank you for all the delicious recipes! ❤
Made this with my bread maker today. It came out perfect. Soft n moist.. Has the Tang Zhong effect but without all the extra effort :) Wish I could sent you a picture of the end result, it's beautiful . It's now my go to recipe for making bread after trying tens of other recipes. thank you for sharing.
The most interesting SMR video I saw today was this clip, I really enjoyed watching this video, thank you for this interesting video, baking bread, cooking food, cooking street food, rural life, these are all the best videos on UA-cam. Watching those videos gives me a sense of peace
It was still very soft and sticky after adding all ingredients after mixing so I added lot more flour to stop the dough from being sticky, added little more on table. Overall the loaf was small but it turned out great. Next time I get larger bread tin and double ingredients.

Your bread looks fabulously soft. But can you show how a loaf slices up for making sandwiches? And have you made this loaf using a Pullman pan (I have a 13 x 4 3/4" x 4 3/4") that takes about 1300 grams of dough. Have you tried tripling this recipe in the bigger size pans? I like to make loaves that are bigger, as they last longer... Thanks, a great video...

One question please. Is it necessary to divide the dough up into 3 sections, or can you roll and shape all the dough into a regular looking bread loaf? I am going to try this bread very soon. I too have tried so many bread recipes that it's gotten to be frustrating. They all promise soft fluffy bread, but it never seems to turn out that way.
