The CRAZIEST Vtuber Art MISUNDERSTANDINGS...

*UPDATE*
I talked with both Heika and Smore, and realized I missed one message sent between them: gyazo.com/883f... in which Heika clarified they only wanted a full body model + 3 expressions (so no rig). And, in Smore's Vgen, it is listed at the top of this screenshot (gyazo.com/9b40...) that there would be NO rig. So, there was communication between them regarding there being NO rig. And, it was clarified that Heika does have the model and did receive a $150 partial refund, which in my opinion is generous!
I've also been told there's been DMs harassing Smore, which I don't think is appropriate whatsoever. Everyone has their opinions, but going out of your way to terrorize people's DMs with yours is not appropriate. I again truly wish Smore can continue receiving commissions, and Heika has the model they want!

It's honestly insane how this situation spiraled out of hand due to a few misunderstandings ;-; Again, please don't send hate to either creator and I truly hope the artist can still have a successful business, and the vtuber gets the model they wanted
