Great video! And I'm happy to see all the hard work is paying off for you! Do yourself a favor and get rubber wheels for the pallet jacks, and a cleaning machine for the floor. It'll do wonders for the work environment!

Impressive, you were so quiet I was hoping things were okay, great move and great planning (using Fusion 360, brilliant!), not many people plan well for the future, having the space to grow in to is just really good business, you are going to surprise people, including yourself!

You should get yourself a new truck... maybe an early-2000s Renault. That Takisawa looks very much like an older Miyano. Doesn't seem to have as big a turret as the Dainichi did.
