Thomas, it's always good to see your videos. With all the bullshit that's been going on, I'm glad to know you're still around. When The Wolf Comes Home sounds particularly of interest.
So much really cool sounding horror coming up, I can't wait! I've already had a preorder in for The Buffalo Hunter Hunter. All these new books by various favorite authors is exciting!
The disclaimer for King could partially or fully be applied to many of his novels now. He may have written more crime based dramas than horror...oh well, I'm loving the resurgence of true horror books over the last few years. King was a trailblazer but others are now carrying the torch, and I'm glad bookstores are stocking up!
After receiving the notification, I stopped everything to watch. 2025 is gonna be an awesome year. Again, thanks for doing this. It's very much appreciated. One more to go!! Take care ....
I looked up the upcoming list for Orbit’s new Horror imprint…and I think you might be right about how underwhelming it seems. Then again GBH’s “Masterpiece” initial entry “The First Churchills” was seen similarly,, even by the Late Sir Alistair himself, so who knows..? 🤔
I am always waiting every year for those videos of new realeases ❤

Looking to be a great year in horror!

And thanks for watching! 😊
I finally read both the King in Yellow and Queen of Teeth last October so Piper's new novel has me intrigued.
I can't wait for KING SORROW! It sounds so damn good!
I don’t want to say Thomas and I are aging, but STEVE KING’S KID HAS A GRAYING BEARD.
I was trying not to notice!
I always look forward to all 3 of these lists. You always seem to have a good mix of well-known and less known upcoming books
I try my best to mix things up. It’s hard for most new books to get discovered at all.
@SFF180 absolutely!
Btw, I was at Barnes & Noble last week and indeed, they have a sizable dedicated horror section. Always nice to see.
Very invigorating to see.
Khaws new book sounds really intriguing
Lots of very interesting titles on the way. Hopefully, the Joe Hill book comes out this year. I'm always excited for more Hailey Piper.
Sometimes it just takes a while to get a book just right. Fingers crossed!
The historical ones caught my attention, especially Stephen Graham Jones, Isabel Cañas, and Caitlin Starling.
Not usually into horror but Starving Saints and Overgrowth have me intrigued
I suspect “Spread Me” will be one of 2025’s butter horror novels.
I Can't Believe It's Not An Alien Pathogen!
I really fancied reading a space-based horror so today I ordered SA Barnes's Ghost Station... I wish I'd seen this video yesterday.
Hey, it could be a pretty good one after all.
😊

Indeed. I’m sure we’ll be in for some more exciting announcements as they firm up their schedule.
Wait… we’re NOT supposed to worship the meteorite?
Only on the vernal and autumnal equinoxes, apparently. It’s senselessly complicated like a lot of religions.
This is unrelated, but have you read Malazan Book of the Fallen?
The first four, yes.
2025 in horror? I’ll just read the news.
