    dear doctor
I had a bicycle accident a few years ago and landed on the front. I practice all movements for the hip and legs, abdomen every day.
This pain radiates upward into the spinal nerve pain, but only on the right side.
Every movement is painful, I only walk for a short time. I used to walk for miles.
    Which muscle could this be?
If I had to describe it. low back 15 cm from sacrum up, then diagonally down, center, just where the buttock begins, between that stretch there is terrible pain, stiffness and nervous system. thank you
