Do you think that a person could make some sort of marinade and then wrap a turkey up with skewers like that and then pump the air into it? Can you imagine how amazing a turkey would be with that incredibly crispy skin?
Not sure if it would work quite as well though cause duck is much fattier which essentially fries that separated skin making it crispy. But definitely worth trying I think!

Oh I bet! I have definitely thought about doing that for Thanksgiving next year
