    • 식빵
    • 우유
    • 설탕
    • 물
    • 버터
    만들기
    1. 빵은 작은 깍두기 사이즈로 잘라 팬에 바싹 구워 부스러기는 털어둔다
    2. 팬에 설탕4, 물3 를 넣고 중약불에 끓인다 (젓지마세요)
    3. 설탕물이 완전히 끓기 시작하면 버터 한조각 넣고 또 끓인다
    4. 색이 연갈색을 띌 쯤 우유 한국자를 넣고 저어준다
    5. 살짝 꾸덕한 시럽이 될 때까지 젓다가 불끄고 식빵 섞기
    6. 빵을 하나씩 떨어뜨려 식힌 후 맛있게 먹는다

      I dont need self control, i feel dosguised after eating too muvh sugar (usually 25g of added sugar a day - thats sweets only and sometimes very sweet fruits)

      @@aur9035 most households that are clean have separate cooking shears in addition to your regular use or sewing scissors. Anything that touches food is meant to be cleaned the same way dishes are before and after use.

      👩 it's not threat. It is true that when you cook sugar to make caramel and not to stir yet and move pan around. I just learnt this and other recipes in video - does same thing no stir.

    식빵으로 저렇게 간다하고 맛있게 푸짐한 요리를 만들다니 대단하다.
    식빵을 사면 늘 냉장고에 3.4조각은 천덕꾸러기처럼 구석에 자리를 차지 하고 있는데 이 영상처럼 바삭바삭 간식으러 만들어 먹으면 너무 좋을것 같다.

    한끼님 우선 고맙다는 얘기부터 하겠습니다!! 감사합니다 ㅎㅎ 왜냐면 이번 크리스마스와주말까지 해서 3일 동안 한끼님께서 올린 레서피들중 김치참치찌개, 간장돼지불고기, 김치볶음밥을 만들어서 먹어봤는데 대성공적이였습니다!! 제가 자취 7년차이지만 여태 한식 만드는 것을 기피했었거든요 다른 양식,일식,중식은 성공해도 한식은 양념 배합 과정에서 항상 실패만 해와서 맨날 한식 먹고 싶을때는 배민으로 시켜 먹곤 했습니다. 그러나 이제는 한끼님의 황금 레서피로 자신감을 얻어 마트에 장보러가는 재미가 쏠쏠해졌습니다 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 너무 감사해요! 앞으로도 더 좋은 요리 많이 많이 올려주세요^^ 다음주 주말 3일 연휴엔 카라멜 식빵 팝콘을 만들어 먹으면서 영화 봐야겠습니다 (냉동실에 2달동안 잠자고 있는 식빵이 있었는데 참 다행입니다ㅜ)ㅎㅎㅎ

    1. Cut bread into small pieces
    2. Bake bread on low heat with nothing.
    3. Remove the bread and set aside.
    4. Put in four spoons of sugar and three spoons of water and do not touch it until it boils.
    5. Put the butter in there and melt it. (Don't spare butter)
    6. Then add about 5 spoons of milk.
    7. Now mix the syrup and bread.
    And cool it down.

    i just made it and it’s tastes really good! definitely like caramel popcorn. i also have some tips for some of you guys who want to try it.
    1. be patient when frying the bread, i kept stirring it around and was impatient. i also took it out a little early so it wasn’t as crunchy as i wanted it to be. if you want to save some time, just pop 2 slices in the toaster and it should be around the same.
    2. when making the caramel sauce, melt the sugar all the way. i noticed even when my sauce looked like the one in the video, there was still sugar and when i mixed in the bread, there seemed to be some large pieces of sugar that didn’t melt.
    edit: okay so i made them a second time today but instead of frying the bread, i popped them in the toaster, up but when making the caramel, i realized the pan wasn’t hot enough so it’s probably best if you fry the bread instead of putting them in the toaster

      Amin Mecci multi grain isnt that much healthier, try whole wheat instead if you want a healthy option. it might give it a different flavour tho, i think white bread is ur best bet

      @@MythicGirl2210 yum! If you ever get tired of the texture, grind the oats up by hand so it's more smoother. For the taste, you can use vanilla flavouring, cinnamon and chocolate powder if you don't like fruit

      @@pigeon1923 ooh YES!! XD I ran out of milk, so I tried out a "dulce de leche"/salted caramel flavor with this syrup I have, and it turned out soooo good ÚwÙ. Next I might try adding some peach yogurt to substitute "peaches and cream."

      JD i think it’s called caramel bread popcorn because the bread is cut in small pieces but i doesn’t taste like popcorn it’s very good tho!

      If you've never made caramel your inclination is to stir, but if you do stir you'll ruin it so you have to stop yourself from stirring that one time. I know, it's really hard. Everytime I make caramel I have to almost tie my hands behind my back. LOL

      You only can stirr it only if it's pure sugar caramel, without water, on the contrary, if you do that, your caramel will crystallizing and it be ruined

    I loved this recipe when I first saw it and fell in love with the taste when I did it myself for the first time. It's not too hard, ingredients are easily available, and I love the crunchy and sweet bread. I still go back to this video to check the proportions when I forget. Thank you so much!
