I am very old school (73 years young). Starting at 6:49 through 9:01, I believe in this method for determining full run steps for pole vaulters, also. The only difference is to have them carry a pole and simulate a planting motion with the arms on the last step. Everything else is the same except I count down rather than up, 12,11,10...1. We always learn that when adjusting our steps, our last step is counted as 1 because we will use different length runs for different pole sizes and pv drills. This is a great video. Thanks.

Nice demonstration ..the basic drill help to understand the sprint mechanism with poroper posture hwever when we pull knee up, heel toward rear hip & dorsiflexion..would tel me ...is there any cue/instant feedback that we maintaining proper posture ??
