Julie and Eric definitely know what they’re talking about. We thought we were experienced home buyers after purchasing homes in 3 very different states on the mainland. Nope…Hawaii is an entirely different animal! Not many (if any) realtors lay out everything you need to know prior to purchasing like Julie and Eric do. They are currently helping us find our Hawaii home and we feel so fortunate to have them guiding us through this process.

As one long gone from Hawaii having developed and sold Big Island real estate back in the 1980s you 2 are 101% on target and I would only recommend you to potential buyers intrepid or not. Cheers. Now I deal in even more expensive Israel real estate, current war aside and before and after won.

And yes they will win!!! 🇮🇱🎉 Sorry for USA government’s leadership stupidity lately, they do not represent the masses of people here that stand with Israel❤

I'm glad your videos are reaching beyond Kona more now. I love Kona but it's the last place I could afford on the island.

Love the videos. If you do end up doing future videos along this subject perhaps discuss the different types of land. Res, ag, conservation.
