Moth trapping - Lound Wood May 4th 2023

Finally, an evening mild enough to warrant getting in the car to return back to Eakring for a couple of hours moth trapping. And in particular, to test out the new generator.

I've bought few years ago really awesome used Impax IM800I generator from UK, it's so lightweight i'm using it even few km away from car in moth trapping - runs 250W metal halide lamp without any issues, and 2.5L of tank last for pretty much whole night of trapping. It weights around 10kg topped with fuel runs quitly, highly recommend. Oh, and another great video! :). Best luck during upcomming trappings.
