You can only think about the future and past in the present.
Thinking is the biggest addiction.

It’s about living in the present moment, the past is the past they are lessons and the future hasn’t come yet your are creating the future in the present moment.

The present, is the present, as we unwrap the present in the present, we see how great a present it really is, for we are the present, and in gratitude the present has meaning, and we see it for what it is life! and the breath we take in! is the greatest present, everything else is secondary.

Awesome, thank you. We can learn so much from animals and childrens. The mental self Image will cause trouble sooner or later, even though its just a colllection of thoughts, its formless and dynamic. The mind is very strong but Trust the process. Everything you have learned about yourself, this cant be take away from you. The Progression is like ebb and flow, its not linear. Trust yourself and it will unfold by its own. You are not alone. Never.
The thought, The thinker, and the observer! are one in the same.

It's pretty much all bullying and brainwashing!!! - Hypocritically speaking? Maybe, because I've been harmed and conditioned to do, for the most part, but my children and I are being forced to live in a perpetual state of emergency because the majority refuses to stop torturing people and ruining lives nor even acknowledge this ugly truth.
I've been loser for all my 60yrs. I've accepted it because life is not forever, and it allows me to not fear death.

Now I am here, now what? Now again.
I don't want to mess with my mind. The best thing is to let it work independently, do not tinker too much. Or else there is the danger of losing balance. Your passion may get diluted, you may feel lost.
You dont have to mess with the mind, but by observing and questioning, it will cause friction, which will make the created self Image less impactful. Nothing is for free and pain is a good teacher. Mistakes arent obstacles but opportunities for growth.
@@U-inverse369 you are wise, pain is gain, and mistakes are lessons that needed to be learnt. You grow in pain and in mistakes, as hard as they may seem at the time, but time will make you grateful when using the lessons learnt!
@@bushidooffaith4706you don’t always have to make mistakes to learn. While observing we should be able to recognise through the mistakes of others and advance.
U should not let your mind work independently, but consciously direct ! Otherwise, u will be living in the past & the future, but not in the present !!
@@Med1na2012 so very true, but first hand mistakes are the greatest one's we learn, for the pain, keeps them ingrain, for we will always remember what in them, we gain. wisdom can be found in a book, but our greatest teacher is resilience. A scar is the greatest line, that always stays ingrain in our mind.
