@@lukepermana347 You're super late to this one, but the answer is no. Never got one doing this method, I had to use the tournament method instead. On one of the last tournaments at the arcade you'll fight a guy with a Gold Numemon, beat him with at least one Billionaire USB on one of your Digimon then lose the next fight. You'll get one Tactician USB from beating the Numemon, and if you lose to the next guy you can do it as often as you want so long as you don't clear the entire tournament.
So it doesn't matter that you haven't beaten the game, as long as we have all the requirements for the farm, we can get the USB? (i'm in chapter 8, and i have all the developer items, and builder personality, so I'm assuming i can get it right?)

Probably the fastest way to get unless u wanna spend hours trying to encounter one Platinum Numemon that drops it on the 48-49 floor of Tokyo Metropolian Office at Chapter 19.

Final Messenger38 all information on this game goes against what you claim and I have never gotten one even though I farmed the 10,000 yen option trying to get billionaire USBs and Chrome digizoid (which i did for a whole month) and not a single tactician USB dropped but I did the 1000 yen option and have gotten 12 USBs in ONE day so not only are the odds way better...it's cheaper...thanks for your input though but i would advise people not to take your advice on this matter. no offence but it will only bring them frustration and this video is to help.

I got this game on my PS vita and I did what you said but I never got the That one usb I only get either consumables or attachments like master disks haha.

well dude in your video , you did a mistake you should have showed before 1min before developing finishes to save then if you didnt get tactician you would go back to the part where you saved before 1min when developing finishes
There was no mistake, I said in the video that im not going to wait until one minute but this is what you do. I didnt do it for the sake of saving time on the video but i told you aka the person watching to wait and then do the steps i listed after...no mistake here
